email failure : Gmail 550, 5.7.1

Hello ,

My most of the emails who have gmail id’s sent to users show as failed due to the Gmail: 550 5.7.1 email likely unsolicited.

How to resolve this? Should I use RESTART ?

This is likely a IP reputation issue. When was the last time IP warming was done on this instance?

You will have to slowly build the reputation again to solve this.

    Now when checked the IP reputation is good.

    It means the IP warming must be done again ?

    Apart from the IP reputation as ​@Manoj_Kumar said, I would also take into account the domain reputation, spam rate and any volume changes.

     

    Before thinking about IP warming done again, I would recommend you to check Google Postmaster Tools, verifying if traffic was paused or reduced, and then resuming sends progressively, starting with your most engaged recipients.

     

    Based on my experience in other projects, a simple restart alone won’t fix the issue.
