We have run into issues when tasks are completed by a user, then reopened by someone other than the user. These tasks do not show up on the users My Work. Any suggestions on how to configure a report that shows what is in the work area for a user? Thanks for any suggestions.

Can we change the user's license automatically? If he or she does not log in for a certain period of time, his or her license will be automatically transferred to the requestor.
