Can we add subtask dynamically when adding data in Custom Form Field? Eg:-In  Custom Form Asset Type Field when I select Digital. Digital subtask need to create dynamically in Work order.

There are a few reports/dashboards we have that include either the US or Mexican flag next to the name of the report/dashboard to help easily identify which market the report/dashboard is for.  I can't figure out how the little flags were added.  Anyone know how to do that?

I have approvers who randomly won't receive their approval notifications in Workfront, email, or both.  I can't find any common factor(s) as to why, it appears it truly just happens randomly.  Anyone have an idea why?
