Hi there, this is specific to your instance, I don’t think we can help you here. If you click into the Issue/Request, then Issue Details on the left panel, you can see the request info and who submitted it (‘entered by’ in the overview section). You could ask the requester any questions about the request in Updates of the issue or if they are questions on what to do on your side to execute, I’d ask your manager or WF Admin.
