Automatically change an issue to Closed once converted / resolvable object exists

We have a project request queue where issues/requests are created, then management converts them into projects.

Currently, we have the status of the issue tied to its resolving object.

Is there a way to automatically make issues Closed when they're converted/have a resolving object?

I read through the settings today, and I can only figure out how to a) tie the statuses together or b) delete the issue after conversion.

Thank you!

@chloewy This was a topic of discussion in today's Request Queue workshop, and one the follow-up questions that came out of this was around if an issue is converted into a project, and the status of that issue is tied to the resolving object (project), is the issue actually complete when the project is created? Or is the deliverable that was requested complete when the project has been wrapped up?

There is not a way in Workfront to complete issues once converted, however, if you are looking at it from a workload perspective, you create a view in a list or report that only pulls in new/not converted issues and use that as your to-do list.

Thank you @nicholevargas .  I suspected this was the case but wanted to make sure.
