Adobe Journey Optimizer

As per the below screenshot, we can trigger one test profile during the Journey Test mode but, is there any way where multiple test profiles can be passed through.

Adobe launched multi capping functionality, but custom event is not working in real time based on response. Is that real time based on customer response event.
