This workflow is specific to delivery alerting and i don't think it will affect anything. All you will have to try with different alert frequency and make sure it sends alerts as expected for critical marketing deliveries.

Hi @mmbb110, Frequency to send this alerts is specified on technical workflow (Delivery Alerting). I believe any updates to technical workflow including to update frequency you will have to open a support ticket and see if that's feasible. Thanks, Sathees

Can you clarify on cardinality defined from profile -> orders custom resource? Is that 1 cardinality simple link or (0 or 1 simple link).

Hi @mbkass, Sometimes, if it's single ip address used to send emails then affinity on typology created with ip address and if do see name rather than ip address on the affinity then you can open a ticket with support to find out this information. Usually this ip info shared by your company to adobe when the subdomain delegation and audit was done. Thanks, Sathees

Hi @mmbb110, Incase, if you've removed the user from administrator group on admin console and don't see the id on administrator group within ACS then go ahead and open a support ticket. This might be related to adobe ims issue.Just to make sure you're not using workflow supervisors group to notify ACS users about workflow failures. Thanks, Sathees

Hi @mmbb110, You won't be able to extend the expiry of tokens rather you will have to validate the token expiry and if it's expired generate new one programmatically using the adobe i/o library provided each time when making a call to adobe i/o. Thanks, Sathees
