Hi @mayank_singh, If you're sending SMS first time you should have done with SMS configuration with the help of SMS aggregator.As far as when you have mobile number on the CSV file try to import that either as audience or update the profile with mobile number field. Using the mobile number data available on profile/audience you will be able to query and send SMS. Thanks!

Hi @giuliap42357798, I don't think it's possible to integrate real time transactional event field on landing page. Since landing page will work ONLY with profile and service resources. If you're having profile based transactional event then it's possible since you will have all of the fields from profile resource. Thanks!

When you setup first time identify what you need to build the delivery templates, content block etc by delivery builders. Hi @olsalas711, There's no hard limit on workflows that can be scheduled. But if possible can be scheduled to run at different times that will help system to manage resources effectively. Also you can have 20 workflows concurrent scheduled at 7am. Hi @davidh2892249, Transactional event is equivalent to custom resource. Hence you will have to setup them separately. I don't think anything in ACS that allows to have common fields copied across transactional event. Thanks!

Hi @paulogalan, You can do either using query activity that is pointing to custom resource and have update activity with operation as delete to clear the entire table or you can do re-draft on the custom resource by following this documentation https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/developing/adding-or-extending-a-resource/deleting-a-resource.html?lang=en to keep resource definition alone available by removing the entire data. Hi @olsalas711, I don't believe there's nothing like to configure VPN between ACS and SMS provider. Usually there are few configuration settings provided by ACS allows to encrypt SMPP traffic between ACS and SMS provider. Probably you can work with SMS provider and show the configuration available in ACS and see if anything else can be done. Thanks!

Hi @stai, My high level thought on this one is you can query profiles, segment them based on tags and after segmenting enrich each of segment with product data to create two recommended products and combined all of the segments to send in single delivery. Ideally when you create email it should provide you with 6 collection of product data to personalize the message. Thanks!

Hi @jnolfo, If you open the CSV file on text editor it will show extract with double quotes and same thing goes for additional blank line at the end. Try open the file using excel and it should be formatted properly with blank line. Thanks!

Hi @AndMi, You can do this using workflow in ACS by having query and update activity.Query activity - Set resource to delivery and choose target delivery you wanted to update.Update activity - Select operation as update -> identification section reconcile with either delivery id or label -> Field to update section have source as 'New label' and destination select @label attribute.
