Hello ,In my journey, triggered by an experience event, we have an email action that sends an offer based on priority. When the event triggers, the user receives the offer in the email. However, if I disable or update the offer content, I continue receiving the same offer unless I create and activate a new version of the journey.This becomes problematic when offer content changes frequently because it requires reactivating or republishing the journey each time, which complicates the process of using offer decisioning within journeys and campaigns.To clarify, I’m not referring to fetching offers via API—those are functioning fine. The issue arises specifically when using offer decisioning in email or SMS channels. How can this issue be resolved?" Thanks,Arpan

Hi Team,I was testing a test email from an API-triggered transactional campaign using Postman across two different email IDs, ensuring all context variable values were filled in. However, I encountered an issue with one email ID accessed via web Outlook: the email alignment is incorrect, and the "View Details Here" link is missing. Interestingly, when opening the same email as a web page, everything displays correctly.For another email ID accessed via the Outlook app, everything appears as expected. Additionally, I triggered a test email to my Gmail ID, and it rendered correctly as well.How can I resolve this issue with web Outlook?Please find the attached images for reference: 

Does RequestID unique value in AJO campaigns update on every APi call? Is it possible to have the value of RequestID as static to allow performance testing by ingesting bulk data in the campaign?

Would like some clarification regarding the behavior of Custom Actions in Adobe Journey Optimizer, specifically around retry mechanisms and how profiles are handled when they enter timeout or error paths.We are running a journey where profiles execute a Custom Action, and some profiles are being routed to the timeout/error branch due to execution failures. To better understand the platform behavior and plan our design appropriately, we have the following questions: Retry Mechanism • Does AJO perform any automatic retries for Custom Action executions in case of transient failures (for example network issues, service unavailability, or throttling responses)? • If retries are performed, what is the general retry strategy and is there any configurability available? We want to cap the amount of personalised offers that a user is seeing in the webpage. We used custom code channel. We created a campaign with a ranking formula and a decision policy. Hi, I am working in a system where the same email address can be associated with multiple profiles.  The profiles need to be distinct, however for the purposes of this email send I do not want the same email address to be contacted multiple times, even if each profile would qualify independently.  Previously in Adobe Campaign I would just dedupe my audience on email address. I am trying replicate this kind of behavior in a journey in AJO.  One thought was to use exit criteria for the journey and exit any profiles where the email address had received the contact, but that still means in the initial touch in the journey there could be duplicate email addresses. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation and if so how did you manage it?

Hi everyone, we’re working with Unitary Events and we understand from the documentation that the ingestion limit is 5,000 events per second.Our question is:Is this limit configurable in any way (for example, reducing it to 1,000 EPS for operational control), or is it a fixed platform guardrail managed entirely by Adobe?We’re not looking to increase the limit, only to understand whether it can be lowered at the AJO/AEP level, or if rate limiting must be handled entirely on the event producer side.Thanks in advance!

Hi all, we’re using Native Push (APNS/FCM) in AJO Journeys and would like to control the overall delivery rate (e.g., X pushes per second/minute).I understand that:The Journeys Throttling API applies only to external endpoints. Rule sets / frequency capping limit messages per profile. Campaigns have a “Throttle delivery” option.However, we don’t see a way to throttle the delivery rate for Native Push within Journeys.Is there any supported way to configure push throughput throttling in Journeys, or is it fully managed internally by Adobe?Thanks!

During testing, I set up a campaign to end and it worked and went to ‘Completed’ status. Now, I can’t duplicate it. Is that a bug or do I have to recreate everything? This is what I see for the campaign options: 

Hi guys, After reading similar questions, I don’t think this one has been asked before.When I create a journey (in AJO) using a read audience as the entry point and set the schedule type to daily or weekly - the re-entrance options does not appear. My expectation (and as mentioned in this previous comment......is that when the schedule is not as soon as possible I should now be able to choose re-entry criteria: It seems that before I choose the entry node (ie read audience) I can select the re-entrance criteria, but this disappears when I add in the read audience node, and will not save.Is there a reason re-entrance is not showing even when my scheduler is not set to as soon as possible?Thank youWill

Hello,  I need some help. I’m trying to use the aggregate function to create an audience. My criteria is: Transacation Date >10 days from Current Date Specific currencyID codes AND Amount Value = 1The profile can have up to 5 currency ID’s. I’m trying to create an audience that when I sum up the Amount, I only select those where total is <=4. I keep getting profiles where the amount is 5. I’m at a loss because this aggregate is not doing what I assume is should be doing. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi,I’m trying to build an audience in Adobe Journey Optimizer / AEP Audience Builder UI to target profiles whose birthday is in 4 days.The birthday field is a date attribute:birthdateLoyalty I would like to understand how to correctly configure this using the Audience Builder UIIn the UI: The operator occurs is not available. I only see relative date operators such as “is in next X days”, “is in last X days”, etc. My questions are: Is “birthdateLoyalty is in next 4 days” the correct and recommended approach in the UI for birthday use cases? Does the Audience Builder automatically ignore the year of the birthdate and evaluate only day/month? Is this approach safe for year boundaries (e.g. birthdays on Jan 2 when today is Dec 29)? Should the audience always be set as Scheduled (daily) for this type of logic? Any confirmation or best practices from Adobe experts would be really helpful.Thanks in advance!

I am trying to send a comms to a random sample of 30,000 from a given audience. Initially I was looking to add a profile cap condition after audience read and prior to the email being sent.Will this provide a random sample, or does it read the first 30,000 profile of the audience?  Thanks in advance.

I am in the process of migrating a transactional campaign from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) as an API-triggered transactional campaign.In SFMC, I can easily access all the JSON files used to trigger emails to customers via data extensions. These JSON files allow me to verify which customer received specific communications and cross-check the data in case of discrepancies. Additionally, I can conveniently filter profiles or emails based on order numbers to locate the corresponding JSON file used to trigger the email.However, in AJO, the data received via an API for a transactional campaign is not stored. How can I verify and identify which customer received specific information in this scenario?

Hello, I have a requirement where i have to get a dynamic value from the map, this map is stored on the profile of the customer. They key of this map has two components , one component that comes from context data and other component that comes from offer attribute, what i want to do is to append context data and offer attribute and fetch the value of this key from profile. The problem is when i use + to append them the + function always returns a double and hence i get an error that i can’t pass double as a key. I searched the documentation but there is no way to append two strings in AJO ranking.  Does someone has any idea on how to fix this. 

Hi Adobe Community, I’d like to ask for clarification regarding the new Decisioning functionality in Adobe Journey Optimizer: 1. Is this new Decisioning capability intended to replace the existing (legacy) Offer Decisioning feature?- If yes, do you already have a timeline for when the old functionality will be deprecated or disabled? 2. Or is the new Decisioning module meant to be an additional capability that will coexist with the existing one? 3. In the new Decisioning,, where can I configure Placements for web banners? In the legacy version, placements were clearly defined, but I’m not able to locate this option in the new interface. Any guidance or documentation references would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!
