Hi All, If a profile dataset (used in CJA connection) is not enabled for Profile in AEP than will the profile attributes show up in CJA workspace reports. Basically there are 2 datasets (event and profile) and Person ID is same in both datasets. When I created connection than I can see the data at connection level but at dataview level data is coming as ‘No value’ in reports. Is this because the profile dataset is not enabled for profile in AEP ?
how can i update jars like spring framework which is under crx-quickstart/launchpad/felix/bundle10/spring-core.jar . This is flagged in security scan and needs to be upgraded to 5.3.32 version. Current version is 5.3.28. Upgrading vai sevice pack is not an option due to time constraints.
Hello! I'm trying to create a project report that shows actual duration of projects. One column is pulling the template duration, but I also want to show in a separate column the duration the project ACTUALLY took. Taking the actual start date and add up the actual completion date and show what that duration is (keep in mind, we have our schedule set up not to include weekends and holidays so it's not as straightforward as adding the days between the two dates). This will then show me a comparison to what the project SHOULD have started vs when it did and then how long is actually took. Ultimately, I want to show two things: 1) are our templates set up accurately for the duration needed and 2) we are allocating enough time, but our projects are starting too late; therefore we're always late getting them done. Warning: I do not understand text mode well at all. HA!
We are about to embark on our Workfront Planning journey and just wanted to think about topics I would need to cover in training for the end user? They will not be the ones creating workspaces and stuff like that so just wondering what all the training could entail on their end.Currently, I have the following topics:What is Workfront Planning? Create and managing view tables Importing information from a spreadsheet
The browser interface for AEM Assets currently has a file size upload limit of 2G. Is there a plan that allows us to increase that limit?
Hi! Since there is no option to de-duplicate by email in journeys, is there a workaround to achieve this with for example segments or condition (functions) in a journey? Thanks!
Currently with Dynamic Chat, if one of our BDRs misses the chat, the only option is to display a message and possibly display their calendar link. What we would like to have is if the agent misses the chat, after it displays the fallback message, we want to reroute it back into the bot workflow to ask additional questions so we can send it to someone to do a follow up. It’s a better experience as well for someone engaging with the bot because it isn’t just a they’re not available and that’s it.
In the Classic Workfront experience, there was a way to attach a custom form to a task without having to fill in the required field information. My agency has project managers add these forms to the appropriate tasks as new requests come up and then another team member fills the form in. Now we're switching people onto the new experience and realizing that all the required fields have to be filled in whenever a form is attached because there isn't a way to add a form without also hitting that requirement. In our scenario, our project managers do not have the information that goes in those forms, they're just the person getting the form in place because they have the proper licenses. Another user with a work license generally has responsibility of filling in the form information and typically at a later date then when the task & form are added to the project.Losing the functionality from the classic experience really hurts the process we had in place. And if the project
Hi Everyone! I have two separate questions, both related to the new Marketo builder. I’m working on setting up a theme for our brand styles, and I’ve run into two questions I’m hoping someone can help me with.Is there a way to set up an Adobe font in a Theme I created? Right now, in the “Text Settings” tab of the theme, it shows two dropdowns: “Font library” and “Font family”. Under “Font library”, I only see “Standard” and “Google Fonts”. Our font is Acumin Pro. Is there a way to add an Adobe font in the new builder/My Theme? The copy on our buttons is meant to be all caps. Instead of having to make sure it’s always physically typed as all caps, is there a way to do that under My Themes? Somewhere to maybe put text-transform CSS? It will make it much more foolproof to have it automatically capitalize everything within the button.Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!
Hi, How can we determine which users with permissions to access our AJO instance have logged on within the last 30 days? Thanks,Skyler

I’ve set up reports to show “counts as revenue” hours vs total recorded hours, but since we have not required employees to fill up their time sheets, a lot of them don’t record non-revenue hours. We can change that through training but in the meantime I would like to create a report that shows revenue hours vs total available hours. But when I’m trying to build the report, don’t see any option for an “Available Hours” column. Do I need to do this in text mode? If so, how would that be parsed? I don’t use text mode a lot, and when I do it’s mostly finding something that looks similar to what I want and copying or editing it. Thanks in advance.
Basically - I have the same question as this user in 2023, but the code didn’t work for me - have there been any updates I should know about. I’m not savvy at text mode (like, at all).
Hi Folks, I am working on the Adobe Analytics implementation migration to Web SDK. My development team is currently implementing it, and we have some questions regarding the XDM object structure for the customMetadata that we send into the media session. In our current implementation, all the contextVariables that we send with pageview and action calls are also passed into the media session. The common set of Adobe processing rules maps these contextVariables to the analytics variables for both action & pageview calls as well as media analytics session calls. We have designed the XDM payload schema and would like to follow the same methodology as before: passing the complete XDM payload as customMetadata into the media analytics session. However, the media analytics custom metadata only supports variables of string type, and does not accept objects.Do you have any recommendations on how this should be handled so that the common set of processing rules can still work for the shared va

As organizations grow, so does the complexity of onboarding, training, and supporting users. What works for a small pilot team often breaks down at scale. That’s where Adobe Workfront Blueprints and Project Templates can provide structure, consistency, and speed. In this session, we’ll explored how Workfront can drive the engine for training and enablement, powered by Blueprints and shared ideas for: Designing scalable training paths for different roles and maturity levels Organizing enablement projects, content, and documentation in one system Using onboarding workflows to reinforce adoption through real work Tailoring Blueprints to fit enterprise governance and operating models Learning from multiple approaches, because enablement is never one-size-fits-all If you weren’t able to attend live — or want to revisit any part of the session — you can access everything below: Slide Deck Webinar Recording We’d love to keep the conversation going here in the community. If you feel comfortable navigating Marketo Measure basics, this next set of resources is for you! Assuming you understand core concepts like touchpoints, attribution models, and standard reporting, it’s time to go deeper — refining your data, strengthening reporting accuracy, and expanding how the platform supports your business decisions. At this stage, success is less about learning what Marketo Measure is and more about optimizing how it works for you. That means understanding the difference between Buyer Touchpoints and Buyer Attribution Touchpoints, implementing thoughtful suppression rules, validating channel mappings in Salesforce, ensuring revenue and spend data are configured correctly, and leveling up your reporting across both Discover and Salesforce. You’ll also explore advanced topics like custom attribution models, sales activities attribution, dynamic field behavior, ABM capabilities, and strategic use of key fields for more sophisticated analysis. These resources are d
If you’re new to Marketo Measure and looking for a curated list of resources to help you get started, you’re in the right place 😀 Getting up to speed can feel overwhelming as there are plenty of help articles, documentation, and training materials available, but not all of them are essential when you’re just beginning. We recommend building a strong understanding of the fundamentals before diving further into the technical details. So, this guide narrows the focus to the key concepts you should review first. These resources will help you understand how Marketo Measure works, how attribution is structured, how data flows through the platform, and how to interpret reporting with confidence. Each link includes context on what it covers, why it matters, and what you’ll gain from it — so you can build clarity quickly and start using the platform with purpose! Establish a conceptual, high-level understanding first: What is attribution? Start here for a stage-setting overvi
Current situation is that if the group member does not follow the process and creates projects without the group share, the group administrator would not be able to see the project. This means that the group administrator does not have autonomy and would either require the systems administrator to share those types of projects to the group administrator or do a default sharing via access level which is missing the share to group administrator and only share to the homegroup.Let’s give the group administrator the autonomy so that they can create workflows and see all the projects for their group!
We’re implementing Knak as a pagebuilder for Marketo. The final pages will be synced and hosted on Marketo, but they are built on Knak. Knak allows you to load fonts via a CSS file with @font-face, but when trying to load those fonts we get a CORS error because it’s Knak’s domain trying to load the fonts. Is there any way to change CORS policy on Marketo to allow certain domains to load fonts? The pages will ultimately be hosted on our Marketo domain so it shouldn’t be an issue then, but we need to get them to show in the pagebuilder in the meantime.
Marketo-integrated page builders like Stensul & Knak publish your pages as Marketo LPs. Published LPs fully support webfonts hosted in Marketo Design Studio, since they’re on the same domain. But what about inside the builder app, when you’re still previewing? There, you’ll have a problem. Even with the correct @font-face rule in your CSS, the font won’t load because of CORS restrictions:❌ Access to font at 'https://pages.example.com/rs/123-ABC-456/images/entypo.woff' from origin 'https://app.stensul.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. This is reasonable, of course. Marketo isn’t in the business of providing an easily abused font CDN to the public! There’s a slick workaround. You can’t control CORS headers, but you can (by definition) host a page with same-origin access to the fonts. By deploying such a page as a hidden IFRAME, you can shuttle the fonts to a parent page, even if the parent is on a differ
