Hi Folks, I’ve received a requirement from the product team to implement anonymous tracking on the website pages to measure content consumption even when users deny performance cookie consent. We plan to use an additional variable to indicate the user’s consent status. This will ensure that any hits collected without consent are only used for aggregate reporting and not for any re-engagement or personalization activities. We’re currently exploring possible implementation approaches. One of the primary requirements from the Legal team is that no cookies should persist beyond the session for users who have not provided consent.I tried setting s.cookieLifetime = "SESSION", which worked correctly for the AMCV_<orgid> cookie. However, I noticed that the s_ecid cookie still persists in the user’s browser. Since the s_ecid cookie is used to regenerate the same ECID upon subsequent sessions, this behavior does not meet the Legal team’s requirement of preventing cookie pers

I am trying to create group statuses that manage various parts of a project, but the system will not let me hide anything that is listed as default (nothing mandatory) and I am baffled.  I keep getting an error message saying "whoops! Something went wrong. Please contact Workfront so we can figure out what went wrong and fix it" Help! Thanks, Beth@kelliegardner

I’ve implemented a serialized event (e.g., event1=1) designed to trigger once per visit, and I’ve verified that it is firing correctly during the analytics call. However, the data does not appear to be populating in Adobe Analytics Workspace.Could you please help identify the cause of this issue?Thanks in advance!

Since the recent Workfront update, my view for Workload Balancer has changed and there is new "BDG" column (which in my case is showing 0 for every role). Where can I find information on what this number is and how to input values so the data displayed is actually useful to me? Right now, the information I was getting from that view (to see variance between planned and available hours) is no longer showing up.

 Hi everyone 👋I’m running into a persistent issue while integrating Marketo Forms inside a Next.js (React) application for Seismic’s website.The issue:When navigating between two pages that both contain Marketo forms — for example:https://www.seismic.com/resources/reports/g2-grid-spring-2025/The “Connect With Us” button will take you to get a demo (also a Marketo form)— the Marketo forms conflict with each other.Once a user visits one page and then navigates to another (SPA routing, not full reload), the Marketo form from the first page persists in memory (window.MktoForms2 cache). Hi All, I'm following up on an issue I've been facing. One of the users is currently on an extended leave, and I've been continuously trying to get their responses to move forward. Is there an out-of-office notification option in our Workfront system that can alert users when they're being tagged? That could help manage expectations and keep things moving during their absence. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions on how to best handle this situation. Regards,Vino

Hi all, we would like to create a cart abandonment email that shall be triggered from RT-CDP to Campaign v8 if the user started the checkout (commerce.checkouts event) but did not purchase (commerce.purchases) within x minutes.  So far, the audience definition is straight forward and also shows profiles qualified for it.Now, we could like to send an email out to the cart abandoner. Since the audience contains Profile information but not Experience Event data from the checkout event, what is the best approach to get this crucial data over to v8? Also, the Campaign destinations all seem to work as batch exports with a minimum frequency of 3 hours. Is there any way to stream this information as soon as a Profile newly qualifies for the audience?

As a Workfront admin and consultant, I've lost count of how many times I've had to explain the intricacies of Task Constraints and how each one behaves in Workfront. Chances are, so have you. Over the years, I've made a few attempts to create a task view that can coach users on which date-related fields they should edit to get predictable results in their task dates.  Those attempts were inevitably not always correct due to the number of variables that can impact task scheduling. Last week I was asked to produce yet another lesson on task scheduling for a new group. I decided one more time to again try making my "dream view." This time, I did not give up. I think it paid off, and personally am really happy with the results. Hi everyone, I have a weird issue in AEM 6.5.21 with the Asset References where for each item, if it was referenced more than 10 times, the references tab will show not more than 10 items. I have checked the indexes and the results provide, for one example, 12 results, while the UI in the AEM gives 10 results. The same applies to the Classic UI references, always max. of 10 items are shown. In the UI, I can see that the results are fetched from /bin/wcm/references (Classic UI) or from /mnt/overlay/dam/gui/content/assets/jcr:content/rails/references/items/references.provider.html (Touch UI), but I wasn't able to find any limitation/restrictions to max. 10 items. Here are some screenshots: You can see that in the CRX query and in the query explanation, I can see 12 results, while the UI gives 10. I deleted such a dataset but the profiles from that datasets still persists in RT CDP. Would they be removed?

We have Web SDK set up. In our Data Stream, under GEOLOCATION AND NETWORK LOOKUP, all the checkboxes including State/Province, and Country are clicked. In the Adobe Debugger, I found this variable  xdm.placeContext.geo.stateProvince. It's set to my Country and Province.I would like to use the value of stateProvince in a Custom Code in Launch; e.g. If xdm.placeContext.geo.stateProvince = "CA-ON", then do some action.How can I refer to the stateProvince variable to use it in a custom code in Launch? 

 I am integrating Adobe Experience Platform Batch Ingestion APIs using my Adobe Developer Console project.The project has the Adobe Experience Platform API added, and I’m using service account (JWT/OAuth) credentials for authentication.However, when I try to create or write to a dataset, I get the following 403 ForbiddenError:  Expected:The dataset should be successfully created or be accessible for writing under the prod sandbox.Actual:The request fails with a 403 ForbiddenError, indicating that the service account does not have WRITE permission to the dataset.Question:What permissions or configurations are required in Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Developer Console to grant the service account WRITE access to datasets in the prod sandbox?
