We use Apache CXF for SOAP and REST clients on AEM 6.5.2 LTS and install the necessary bundles in AEM. Currently we are forced to use Apache CXF 3.3.13, which was released in March 2022, because AEM still ships with org.apache.servicemix.specs.saaj-api-1.3, and newer versions of Apache CXF require saaj-api-1.4. There are a number of security vulnerabilities in Apache CXF that have since been patched since 2022 that we would like to remediate, see https://cxf.apache.org/security-advisories.html. Our goal would be to install Apache CXF 3.6.x, currently 3.6.10, as that is still actively supported, but the old SAAJ API is preventing us from doing that, see javax.xml.soap,version=[1.4,2) -- Cannot be resolved: Our ask is for AEM to upgrade to saaj-api-1.4, which would unblock us from upgrading Apache CXF.I can provide a full list of bundle JARs that we install related to Apache CXF if needed.
Hi all,I have a requirement for a landing page with five Opt-in/Opt-out services. If a user selects one or more specific services for Opt-out and then clicks the Call-to-Action (CTA) button, only the selected services should be opted out. If the user clicks the CTA button without selecting any specific service, the user should be opted out of all five services by default. How can we implement this logic in AJO? Thanks Gowtham Raj
Hi All,I need to create an AEM component which is capable of picking an asset from the local directory and provides the drag-n-drop functionality from the AEM DAM as well. I already followed some threads from experienceleague, even though they were helpful to a certain extent but did not clarify really which resourceType I should exactly use. It would be great if I may get some suggestions from the team.Coral3 file upload - granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/fileupload - We can only upload from the local. Cons :It does not provide the functionality to drag and drop an asset from the DAM. It is not saving the local file against the correct property name i.e., it is not saving the file in ‘fileNameParameter’ property, rather gets saved in the fallback property ‘name’. Once I upload the image from the local directory, the OOTB backend code isn’t handling the request properly i.e., the servlet response code, status, message are all visible on the page itself. Coral2 f
Hi Everyone,Is the new email editor fully ready for use, specifically for complex designs where we create a master template with 30-40 modules to build subsequent emails? Also, is it compatible with both light and dark modes?Additionally, will both static and dynamic fragments work seamlessly across all email clients?
In AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), the out-of-the-box (OOTB) CIF component Commerce Retriever APIs currently return Optional.empty() for both a successful GraphQL query that yields zero products and an execution failure (such as timeouts, HTTP 429s, or transient connectivity issues).Because both scenarios produce the exact same return value, custom implementations have no supported way to differentiate between them. This prevents us from delivering a tailored user experience, such as showing a "No products found" message versus a "Service temporarily unavailable" retry prompt.Proposed Implementation Approaches (Flexible):We leave the exact contract to Adobe Engineering's discretion, but viable options include:- Exposing a separate error object or status indicator.- Throwing a specific checked or unchecked exception on execution failure rather than swallowing it into an empty Optional.- Providing a metadata wrapper alongside the result.
We are running an AB test to test updated Headline copy on a landing page. We are testing 4 variants (including control) and have manually set the allocation to 25% to each. I understand that audiences will never exactly match the allocated manual distribution, however in our latest AB test one variant is seeing a significant misallocated. Some background:Allocation manually set to 25% This is an AB test for updated headline copy, no technical or component changes and no difference in how the variants were set up. This is the ONLY test active on the site, there is no collision with other tests There is no audience or segment applied: all users are eligible The gap is present for the duration of the experiment (so its not a one time blip) I am struggling to determine what would cause this and if invalidates the results of the test. Has anyone experienced something similar? How can we avoid in the future or prevent?
Every successful project depends on careful planning, clear goals, and effective use of resources. Among these factors, time management plays a major role. A project may have a talented team and a strong budget, but poor scheduling can still lead to missed deadlines, rising costs, and unsatisfied stakeholders. Managing time effectively helps teams stay organized and complete tasks according to the planned schedule. For students learning project management, understanding how to manage deadlines is especially important. Balancing research, planning, group work, and academic responsibilities can be challenging. Project assignment help can provide additional academic guidance when students need support understanding project planning, scheduling techniques, or management concepts. Learning these skills can also prepare students for professional project environments. What Is Time Management in Project Management?Time management involves planning how much time different project activities requi
If you've ever launched a large-scale campaign and watched your call center buckle under a flood of responses — or worse, seen your email deliverability tank because ISPs flagged you for sending too much too fast — wave sending in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is the feature you need to know about. In this post, I'll walk through what wave sending is, when to use it, and how to configure it effectively for real-world scenarios. What Is Wave Sending?Wave sending lets you split a single campaign's audience into multiple batches (called "waves") and deliver them on a staggered schedule. Instead of blasting your entire audience at once, you control the pace — sending in 2 to 10 waves, each with its own size and timing. This applies to all outbound actions in AJO: Email, SMS, Push, and Direct Mail. Why Should You Care?Three words: control, reputation, and capacity.1. Protect Your Sender ReputationISPs watch your sending patterns closely. A sudden spike in volume from a domain or IP can trigger

Hi,We have a requirement to move/transfer files from AEM to Google cloud Storage using workflow Identity Federation Authentication.Files are generated using AEM scheduler, same scheduler should transfer files to Google Cloud. As per the recommendation, we should use Workflow Identity Federation Authentication for the same.Anyone worked on this previously and helpful suggestions are appreciated.
Adding an Employee ID field to the user profile would be a valuable enhancement for organizations that rely on unique employee identifiers across multiple systems. In our environment, duplicate names are fairly common, making it difficult to distinguish between users. An Employee ID field would provide a reliable way to identify the correct person and improve data accuracy. This would be especially helpful in Fusion integrations that map Workfront user information to Salesforce, where we often need a unique identifier rather than a user name.It would also be great if the Employee ID field could be added as a selectable column in user views and reports, enabling administrators to easily reference and validate user records.I hope that you will consider this enhancement request.
Hello,I’m having an issue with folders. Projects keep falling out of the folders. Is anyone else having this issue? Is this something that is being worked on?Thank you
How would you debug Ranking Formula in Decisioning?Create selection strategy in code base campaign with test profiles and check if for specific profiles best offer is returned?
Hi everyone,We're experiencing an issue where a Smart List shows a higher record count than what is returned by both the Marketo UI Export and the Bulk Extract API.For example:Smart List Count: 30k records Marketo UI Export: 13k records Bulk Extract API: Also returns fewer records than the Smart List count.Has anyone encountered this behavior before? If so, were you able to identify the root cause or find a workaround?Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Curious what actually goes on inside a Workfront user group session? Here's a taste. In a recent Workfront Central session, Deborah Baker (Marketing Workflow Leader) and Megan Lehman (Workfront Developer) walked through how they built a fully connected marketing system of record using Workfront Planning, Core, and Fusion, the kind of hands-on, behind-the-curtain walkthrough you won't find in the docs. This recap is the technical companion to their Perspectives article, Designing Workfront adoption for the long haul, which covers the strategy behind the build: people first, process second, system third. Here's how it comes together in practice. The challengeThe team set out to build an end-to-end template environment for a marketing-heavy organization, a major consolidation effort that condensed multiple separate intake requests into one streamlined flow. A request now comes in through Planning, spins out a program, a hero deliverable, and a request queue for one-off derivatives tied bac
Hi everyone,We are trying to better understand the actual behavior of the “Trigger after batch audience evaluation” option in AJO, because in our case it does not seem to behave the way the documentation and UI tooltip suggest. From what we have observed, if the first run of a daily journey happens before the export job for that day is available, the journey ends up using the previous day’s snapshot instead of waiting for the current day’s audience evaluation/export to complete. After that, each subsequent run appears to keep following the same pattern, since it only checks whether a newer snapshot is available compared to the one used in the previous execution. That makes us wonder whether this feature is really behaving as expected. In practice, it seems that if the first run happens too early, the journey can stay one day behind indefinitely, which makes the configuration much less useful for daily journeys than we would expect. The behavior we are expecting is that the journey should
What happens todayThe Workfront MCP Connector refuses to write any object name containing a colon, forward slash, double quote, or curly brace. This applies to both workflow_create_any_object and workflow_update_any_object.Workfront itself accepts all of them. The UI saves them, the database stores them, and the connector's own read path returns them intact. Reads pass. Only writes are blocked.Where it standsI raised this with Support. The engineer reproduced it and took it to Product, who confirmed it is a known, open discussion covering all Workfront object types with no decision yet. It is currently treated as a feature request rather than a bug, on the basis that the validation follows OS-level filename restrictions. That reasoning is worth a second look. The blocked set does not match any OS restricted set, curly braces are blocked but are legal in filenames on Windows, macOS and Linux, while several genuinely reserved characters are not blocked at all. And object names are not fil
I'm seeing an unexpected behavior in Customer Journey Analytics and would appreciate some clarification. When I use custom event dimension along with the Events metric, which is filtered with specific attribute (for example, where a specific attribute equals a particular value), the report still returns events that don't appear to be associated with that filtered attribute.I verified both the incoming analytics and CJA request and the data layer, and I couldn't find the filtered attribute being set for those events. Based on that, I would expect those events to be excluded from the results. Can someone explain why these events are still appearing when the metric is filtered by that dimension value? Is this related to how CJA applies filters at the event, session, or person level, or is there another aspect of CJA processing that could cause this behavior?

Currently there is no API endpoint to get the Flow details of a campaign. This is also a blocker in MCP as well since the it works based on REST API. Complete Campaign QA cannot be completed without flow details.

I need to configure a large number of dimensions and metrics in a Customer Journey Analytics Data View, including settings such as persistence, attribution, include/exclude values, formatting, and other component configurations. Is there a supported way to bulk edit or upload these configurations instead of updating each dimension and metric manually in the UI?
I recently created an SDR within the AA workspace project. The thinking is that users should be encouraged to use the AA workspace tool as much as possible, as compared to generating an excel based SDR that has to be stored externally. Some examples of what I built 1) a picture of the different sections of the SDR - 2) a picture of the different panels, one for each variable (props illustrated) indicated its number, its name and whether or not the variable is enabled 3) an overview of a specific variable details. I get that there are some items in this example that might not be easy to automate, like the BRD reference number with a hyperlink, but I think it would be great to have a tool in the AA admin areas that would generate an SDR template within Workspace grabbing all the information it can from the AA admin area report suite traffic and conversion variable screens. UX: The admin would click a button, the script wo
