I got the error in Custom Action AJO journey - 400Is there any chance to preview what payload was sent?Is there any chance to get more details about the error?
Business ProblemToday, AJO Forms are managed separately from the AEM page experience. This creates inconsistencies in look and feel, limits the ability to leverage AEM page context, and makes it more difficult to provide a seamless personalized customer experience across Signify digital properties.Proposed EnhancementProvide a native AEM Component that allows authors to embed and configure AJO Forms directly within AEM pages. The component should:Allow authors to drag-and-drop AJO Forms into AEM pages. Inherit page styling and branding guidelines. Pass page and campaign context automatically to the embedded form. Support Adobe Experience Platform and AJO personalization capabilities. Enable consistent analytics and tracking across page interactions and form submissions.Business BenefitsConsistent User ExperienceAJO Forms become a natural part of the website experience instead of appearing as a separate application. Authors can maintain a unified design system and branding across pages a
Hi Team,I’m setting up an Engagement Program for one of our monthly batch-and-blast campaigns. The goal is to move contacts between streams based on their engagement, so I believe an Engagement Program would be the best approach. We’ll have two streams: Awareness and Engagement. The Awareness stream will have four emails, sent weekly on Tuesdays. I have two questions: New contacts: The workflow will be refreshed every Monday to add any new contacts who were not part of the previous send. I want these new contacts to enter the stream but only receive the current week’s email, not previous emails. My understanding is that this can be managed through the Edit Availability settings by making each email available only on its scheduled send date, so new contacts automatically receive the next available email. Is that correct? Adding emails weekly: I don’t have all four emails ready yet and will add each email about two days before its scheduled send. Once a contact receives the first email,
Hi , as part of the requirement i need to check for a specific pattern of consent where i have to use regex in audience. as far as i know there is no way that i can use regular expression in audience. So, i am trying to use segmentation service where i need to use pql to achieve the same. but i am getting “ 403 Forbidden User region is missing “ error. Can anyone please let me know if it’s possible through segmentation api’s or can let me know why i am getting region mission error. i am giving below headers in the request.1.Accept2.Content-Type3.Authorization4.x-api-key5.x-gw-ims-org-id6.x-sandbox-name7.x-request-id Thanks in advance.Usha.
It would be very helpful to have the same Copy icon available in the Union Schema that is currently available when browsing attributes in the Schema menu. Why is this feature important? When working with schemas, it is very common to need the exact path of an attribute — for example, when configuring audiences, journeys, queries, or other Adobe Experience Platform components. In the Schema menu, the Copy icon makes this extremely convenient: you simply click the icon and the attribute path is copied to the clipboard. However, this functionality is currently missing from the Union Schema view. Since the Union Schema is also frequently used to inspect and identify attributes, having to manually select the entire path is a small but unnecessary friction point, especially for long or deeply nested paths. How I would like it to workI would like the Union Schema to have the same Copy icon next to each attribute/path, following the existing behavior in the Schema menu. Clicking the icon would c
How AI Put a Reliability Promise on Every AJO ServiceGiving nearly every service behind Adobe Journey Optimizer a measurable reliability commitment — at a speed and scale that manual work could never have reached. In our last post, From Gut Feeling to Grade Point, we walked through the Service Scorecard — the automated grade every AJO service earns across four dimensions of quality. One of those dimensions is Reliability Against Our Commitments: how much reliability margin a service is holding against the target it's promised to meet. That dimension is only as strong as the reliability targets behind it. Today, with an SLO defined for 90%+ of AJO services, we have clear, standardized visibility into exactly what each service is expected to deliver — and how much margin it's holding against that target. This is the story of how AI got us there — giving nearly every service behind AJO a precise, measurable reliability commitment, at a speed and scale that would have been out of reach any o

Enhance the Dark mode so that the entire Workfront background can be made dark instead of limiting it to the navigation menu.
Just been going through some of the announcements from Adobe Summit 2026 around AEM as a Cloud Service and wanted to get a real-world pulse from folks actually building on it day to day.A few things I’ve been thinking about after working on enterprise AEM Cloud implementations:The Edge Delivery Services push is getting louder but I’m curious how many teams are actually migrating existing Sites implementations versus greenfield only. In practice the replatforming effort is significant and I haven’t seen a clean story for brownfield migrations yet.Universal Editor is getting a lot of attention but author adoption in enterprise environments has been mixed in my experience. Has anyone actually rolled it out to a large non-technical authoring team and how did that go?On the pipeline and CI/CD side, Cloud Manager has improved but environment promotion still feels like it needs work especially around content variable management across stages.Would love to hear from others are these things you

What’s the reason of considering evaluation job in some scenarios if the usable fresh data will be after the export job?
Hi Community,I created an audience in Adobe Experience Platform using the following rule:“Country Code equals IN OR SG OR AU”. During audience creation, the estimated profile count showed 3 profiles. After publishing the audience, the audience details page shows Qualified Audience Size = 0.The audience is configured with:Evaluation Method: Batch Lifecycle State: PublishedIs this expected behavior for batch audiences? How long does it typically take for qualified profiles to appear after publishing? Thanks in advance!
I created a custom code for Identity Namespace in Web SDK. However it totally do not work. It do not return any errors - it treats my Data Element as STRING ( :D )JS code is super simple - do not return any error in console in browser. Have you tried implementing Identity Namespace as a Data Element and it worked?
Would love to have a button in WF that takes me to a text mode cheat code library vs. searching community or using AI. Any Workfront user could submit a cheat code and it gets added to a database behind the scenes. This would help all users be able to have quick access to effective text mode that works. This would speed up being able to implement solutions for reporting for businesses.
Hi Community,We're working on a use case where we need to expose ExperienceEvent data tied to a profile to a destination, specifically Adobe Campaign Classic for use in email personalization (e.g. last product viewed, last purchase details, recent browsing behavior). We understand that standard Audience Activation to ACC only exports Profile attributes and Audience membership, and that raw ExperienceEvents are not part of the activation payload. Is there a supported, native way in AEP to expose ExperienceEvent data tied to a profile to a destination (ACC or otherwise)? Or does this always require an intermediary step such as Computed Attributes, Query Service derived datasets, or a custom pipeline via ADLS/SFTP?Our current stack:AEP (Real-Time CDP) Adobe Campaign Classic as destination Azure Data Lake Storage as intermediaryAny guidance, documentation pointers, or patterns from real implementations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hi Marketo Community!I was a speaker at the Skill Exchange sharing about how you can prepare your Marketo Engage for AI (and how you can use AI to help you in this work). The link is here, but I’m also curious to learn how the community is using the new AI features and what you have implemented so far!
Currently AEMaaCS does NOT offer an efficient way to create a set of pages from different hierarchies of the website which should be sent to translation in multiple target languages. If you have one page you can use the SITES console to create a translation project, also here the option is to include their subpages. But if you need to create a package of pages which are stored in different hierarchies of the website structure, you need to go to Projects > Translation Project and you need to add those pages to EACH target language that you have. Let’s say you have 30 languages of your website - so you need to do this adding of pages 30 times! This manual task is NOT efficient at all and takes a lot of time!AEMaaCS as an enterprise CMS should offer a smart way so that you have to do the selection just one time and then just select the target languages that apply. Current situation is more than disappointing!
I would like to know whether AEP allows us to edit or update the description of an existing schema. Are there any limitations when modifying schema details after creation.
What are the impacts of changing a Primary Identity after profiles have already been stitched in AEP?
Hi Team, I am new to adobe Experience Platform Could someone please explain the basic steps to create an audience in AEP?Thank you
We have a web events data schema used for our website events. Customer AI is not working because we need a primary identifier to be added to the schema. Where in the schema should we add the primary identifier? We intend to add CRM ID in this schema but would like to know exactly where to add it because it’s quite extensive.
I would like to provide feedback regarding the new Marketo UI experience. The Classic UI offered a highly intuitive and user-friendly design, particularly through the use of distinct colors and visual indicators for different actions and functionalities. These visual cues significantly improved usability and helped users perform tasks such as QA, campaign management, and navigation more efficiently. In the new UI, many of these distinguishing visual elements appear to be reduced or absent. As a result, the interface feels more uniform, which can make it more difficult for users to quickly identify actions, workflows, or important sections during day-to-day operations.I would encourage Adobe to consider preserving or reintroducing some of the key usability features from the Classic UI, especially the color differentiation and visual clarity that many users relied upon. For a large number of existing users, the Classic UI remains more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly than the curre
Hi Fusion Community,Does anyone know if there is an API endpoint or other function in Fusion that will allow me to bulk export proofs that include the proof images with comments and markups visible?I know on the frontend of Workfront you can use the Print option when in a proof and this accomplishes my ask, but I have thousands of proofs to export and need to do this in bulk. Thanks,Nick
Is it (still) possible to add a one-click optout link in the email opting out from a subscription list (not channel or identity level)? There is an old post about this, but the “Optout level = Subscription” is not available when I try to configure a journey. I am starting my journey with an ootb subscription list audience, and according to comments it should be available then.
💡This solution uses the same tech as toggling images in Email Editor. I’ll omit some details you can read about over there. You might be surprised that WebFonts (via CSS @font-face) are supported in Apple Mail for desktop and mobile. Those apps comprise at least 20% of email opens; using some methodologies, as much as 60%. Even the low end, IMO, doesn’t match the common take that “few” end users will see your fancy fonts! Yes, you must fallback forcefully for Outlook. But it’s totally doable: this month (August 2026) I’ve seen WebFont-enabled emails from CDW, Dolby, London Review of Books, Malwarebytes, Mural, Salesforce, Verizon, and Zapier. As with toggling images, you can easily add a WebFonts toggle to Email Editor 2.0:A little Email 2.0 template code high up in <head>:<meta class="mktoBoolean" id="enableImages" mktoname="Enable WebFonts" true_value="http:" false_value="'none'" default="true" /> <meta http-equiv="Content-Security-Policy" content="font-src ${enabl
