We want to export all the program member data we have. We want to do a bulk export of everyone for every programs and then run scheduled works just to export any new members from existing programs, new members from new programs and update status or dates from existing members of existing programs. On our ideal scenario we would have daily/weekly exports with these parametersLead ID | Program Id | StatusName | reachedSuccess | acquiredBy | myCustomField etc etc We’ve tried using this API /rest/v1/programs/{programId}/members.json/rest/v1/programs/members/describe.jsonBut we would have to create job for each program or use and external resource to create the loops. Any suggestions on how we can achieve our goal

We appreciate the addition of Adobe Express image editing within Marketo Design Studio, as it enables faster, lightweight image adjustments directly in the platform. However, we’ve encountered two governance gaps that create risk for enterprise customers: No permission‑level controls There is currently no way to restrict or govern access to Adobe Express editing features by permission set in Marketo. This makes it difficult to limit usage to trained users or admins and to align with internal brand and compliance requirements. No in‑product warning about global image updates Editing an image in Design Studio updates that image everywhere it is currently being used (emails, landing pages, templates). This behavior is not obvious to users and can unintentionally alter live or previously approved assets. Requested enhancements:Add permission‑based controls to enable or disable Adobe Express image editing by role. Introduce a clear UI warning or banner when users attempt to edit an image t

A key requirement for image management is the ability to expose an image for internal preview by other users/systems, without exposing the image publicly. We are creating a dashboard to be re-used and auto update with the latest weeks data on a daily level. For example, the number of ads clicked on by day. In order to do this, rolling date ranges were created in order to automatically update with the latest days data. This dashboard is being accessed by leadership that are not familiar with CJA, and they want the rolling date fields to be named the date they are representing. While the data range itself automatically updates, the name does not. Right now I have it named “1 Day ago”, “2 days ago” etc, but we have gotten complains about this. Is there any solution that allows the name of the date field to auto update to reflect the date it represents? If not, is there a better solution to naming it “2 days ago”?

Helo ~ I am trying to add a column to a Proof-centric report that lists the name(s) of people tagged in a proof as a Reviewer. All I can seem to do is list the Approver. Has anyone done that? Thanks,~ Bradley
I have a repeatable panel in an Adaptive form built on core components, with a remove button inside the panel and an add button outside. When I use the rule editor to configure the remove button to delete a panel instance, it consistently removes the panel below the one I selected. For example, if I add three panels and try to delete panel 2, panel 3 gets deleted instead. While this could have been resolved using the Code editor, that option isn't available to me. My constraints are that we're working within a headless delivery model, so I can't use guidebridge, and custom JS functions aren't feasible because they would require passing the SOM expression, making the JS form-specific. Given these limitations, I would appreciate any suggestions on how to address this issue.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Enable log collection from Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in Dynatrace as part of the monitoring integration Use-case: We have successfully integrated Dynatrace with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for performance and application monitoring. However, the current integration does not support log collection from AEM servers. Having the ability to collect and analyze logs directly within Dynatrace would significantly enhance our monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities. Current/Experienced Behavior: Dynatrace is integrated with AEM for monitoring, but logs from AEM servers are not being collected, as this feature is not supported. We previously created a support ticket about this, and we were advised that currently, there is no solution for log collection through Dynatrace in AEM Improved/Expected Behavior: We expect Dynatrace to support log collection from AEM servers, in addition to the existing monitoring features. How do I create a custom API on AEM so that any external system (ex: postman, curl) can access the API via some authentication(OAUTH/SAML). Once the handshake is done external system needs to send AEM some data, AEM will do some business process and pass a response.
We are looking into custom solutions to archive email send out metadata. Like Email Subject, Send out time, content of the email, etc. We explored two options:BCC Message Export & Entity DatasetsHowever is there any 3rd option which we can utilize here? Reason being, BCC can get expensive if you have so many send-outs. And Message Export/Entity Dataset exports can become complex if you have personalized content in your emails. Looking for some suggestions. Thanks!
I created a lookup schema with a person identifier as its primary identity and linked it to a profile schema. Dataset associated to the lookup schema has been enabled for profile as I need the lookup data in audience builder. I’m not seeing the data from lookup dataset in my customer profile as expected for a lookup dataset. So, why does Adobe official documentation insist on having a non-person identifier as the primary identity of a lookup schema? Are there any hidden disadvantages? If yes, are they mentioned in any Adobe docs?
I would like to enquire on the below (Screenshot 1) scenario for the numbers. I queried the base of 548 and split based on certain criteria, resulting in a branch with 97 and 451. At this point in time, the amount still adds up to 548. In Segmentation 72 and 74, the branches are split equally into 2 branches, Screenshot 2. However, in this split, there were 1 missing from each of the segments. Can I check will there be a case/ setup that will make sure all that is targeted will receive something? Edge Delivery Services has changed the game for Lighthouse scores, but the authoring experience is now the big conversation. I’m looking to gather some real-world perspectives on the best 'flavor' of authoring for AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS).i see we have three distinct paths and I'd love to hear from anyone who has moved between them:Pure Document Authoring (Google Drive/SharePoint): The speed is unmatched, but how are you handling complex governance at scale?DA.live (Document Authoring): Is this the 'Goldilocks' zone for asset integration, or does it add an unnecessary layer?Universal Editor with AEM Sites: For those who need MSM and heavy localization, does the performance of EDS still feel 'magical' when coming from a full AEM Cloud Service backend?Which combination have you found offers the best balance of author velocity and developer sanity? Looking forward to your insights!"
We are running an EDS implementation using document-based authoring via da.live with Fastly CDN. Our blog section uses three custom blocks:blog-grid — paginated card listing with category filtering, tag colour mapping, and authorDate sorting page-list — sidebar block surfacing the most recent posts for the current category cards — category navigation iconsContent is authored in da.live and published through the standard EDS content bus. The query index URL is resolved dynamically at runtime via /config.json using getConfigValue('query-index').The Problem:All three blocks render entirely client-side via JavaScript. On the initial HTTP response, the page shell delivered to crawlers looks like this:html<div class="blog-grid"> <div><div>Pagination-limit</div><div>10</div></div> <div><div>Title</div><div>Category Name</div></div> <div><div>Guides</div><div>bg-guides</div></div&g
