Hi,We are trying to syn asset metadata schemas from AEM Assets Old UI to the AEM Assets New UI, but we are facing several issues and need clarity on the expected behavior of the new UI.When importing metadata schemas from the Old UI, the schemas are created successfully but are not applied to any asset folder. In the New UI, there is a option to assign the imported schema to a folder but failing to add it to the folder. Even after creating a new metadata schema directly in the New UI, we are unable to apply it to an asset folder. We would like to understand whether folder properties can be viewed or managed in the New UI, and if so, how? Unable to delete the schema in the new ui.Could someone please clarify the intended behavior of metadata schemas in the AEM Assets New UI and share any relevant guidance if any configuration is missing our end. referrence:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-assets-essentials/help/metadata#metadata-forms
Hi all,I'm building an email template module with two images (one for desktop, one for mobile) using the standard CSS media query show/hide approach. It works perfectly in browsers, but Outlook desktop renders both images stacked.I've done some digging and it seems like Marketo's processing pipeline is stripping the mechanisms I'd normally use to hide content from Outlook (inline styles on image divs, conditional comments in the body). By the time the email reaches Outlook, there's nothing left to tell it to hide the mobile image.Things I've tried:<!--[if !mso]><!--> around mobile mktoImg div Inline mso-hide:all; display:none on the mktoImg div Separate <tr> rows with mso-hide:all on the <td> Two separate mktoModule tables — Marketo merged them back into one MSO conditional <style> in <head> — Outlook doesn't apply <style> block rules to suppress images CSS width:0 !important; height:0 !important on .responsive-hero-image-mobile img — Outlook i

Hi All, I'm running into a sync issue between Marketo and Salesforce and would love some guidance from the community. Issue Summary:A person record in Marketo is failing to sync with Salesforce and throwing the following error in the activity log:Fault: Sync Lead to SFDC caught exception Exception Message: Fail to reset Contact <Marketo Person ID>The record was deleted from Salesforce but still exists in Marketo with the associated SFDC ID attached. Has anyone encountered the same issue? Any guidance, workarounds, or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
Every time I go into the rule builder for classification sets it deactives and I have to reactive the set. Is that expected? How do I confirm that the rules are activated?
Hi! I’m doing analysis on breakpoints and bringing in adobe analytics ootb dimensions but saw that some are not always reliable in another community post. I want to double check what dimensions I should be using. So far, I’ve been using monitor resolution for desktop and mobile screen size for mobile. For both desktop and mobile, I’ve broken out by browser height-bucketed and browser width-bucketed. The one concern i had is that most of the mobile screen size for mobile device is unspecified. Is there any suggestions on how I should be looking at this analysis? Can I layer in monitor resolution for mobile and can I break down mobile screen size for desktop? What would be the most accurate breakdowns and what’s the difference between monitor resolution and mobile screen size?
How come I'm getting so much unspecified for mobile screen size in AA using the ootb dimension? I’ve brought in mobile device then broke it down by mobile screen size. What does unspecified mean?
We're excited to announce Unified Review and Approval, a new capability that brings together Adobe Workfront and Adobe Frame.io into a single, deeply connected review experience. This integration is available now for all Workfront customers upon a contract update. What's included Unified Review and Approval natively integrates Frame.io's professional-grade review surface directly into your Workfront workflows. Here's what your teams get:One review surface for every content type — Whether your team is reviewing a 30-second social clip, a 200-page PDF, or a Photoshop comp, the experience is the same. Frame.io supports over 40 file formats with native video playback for formats like ProRes, H.265, and DNxHD — plus visual markup tools for annotating directly on the asset. Frame-accurate commenting for video — Frame.io was purpose-built for creative review, with frame-accurate commenting, advanced watermarking, and support for files up to 500 GB. That capability now lives natively with Work
In the screenshot above, you can see that Adobe Analytics is giving me more entries for these items than visits. How is that even possible?
Hi Team,I’m experiencing an issue where records deleted at the application level are not being fully removed from the Data Lake.Even after performing deletion, the data still appears to persist in the underlying storage. I’m unsure whether this is expected behavior due to delayed processing (e.g., background cleanup jobs, retention policies), or if it indicates a problem in the deletion workflow.Could anyone clarify:- Does deletion propagate asynchronously to the Data Lake?- Is there a recommended way to validate physical data cleanup?- Are there configurations that control this behavior?Any insights or best practices would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Hi there,I've been encountering a bug since yesterday (14/04/26) when editing emails with the email builder. The changes I made for the mobile version aren't being saved (there's no error message during saving), and I'm losing my formatting work.I compared the code before and after, and it seems that not all the media queries are present after saving the template. This is very problematic, any ideas? Thanks.
Hi Team,I am working on translating my email templates using AJO inbuilt translation capability. RWS is our translation provider and the client has a contract with RWS which is platform agnostic contract and is based on the volume of translations.I see in AJO translation provider UI, RWS is listed as one of the translation provider available and I have set up translation provider in AJO by choosing RWS from the list.I would like to know whether the AJO - RWS integration is a native one or is there any additional integration needed from AJO side to make use of RWS translator to get email templates translated to other languages. Any help would be greatly appreciated. @SatheeskannaK Thanks in advance.
Use case: We would like to target customers on below qualified dates and be suppressed if they don’t meet qualified date. So, looking for the solutions to manage dynamic qualified date in the journey if possible. 2 days before 1st Friday of each month e.g. Apr 1, 2026 1st Friday of each month e.g. Apr 3, 2026 1 month after 1st Friday (on 1st Friday only) e.g. May 1, 2026 2 months after 1st Friday (on 1st Friday only) e.g. Jun 5, 2026 3 months after 1st Friday (on 1st Friday only) e.g. Jul 3, 2026
I have got multiple companies under one AEP sandbox. These have separate data for each and one common for shred campaigns. Due to that some attributes might be nested at depth 5 (no primary ID, no relationships). In the documentation its said that performance guardrail is max 4 but for relationships and primary ids. Is 5 fine? What are your experiences?
Hi,I have a requirement where I want to pass dynamic number in place of <dynamic number> in below expression. toDateTimeOnly(concat(toString(toDateOnly(nowWithDelta(<dynamic number>, "days"))),"T10:00:00"))This dynamic number is being calculated in below manner - toInteger( ( (toInteger( toDateTime( concat( toString( #{ ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile._acssandboxgdcthree.EventReminders.all( currentDataPackField.id == ${supplementalId} ).at(0).reminderDate } ), "T00:00:00.000Z" ) ) )) - (toInteger( toDateTime( concat( toString( toDateTimeOnly( toDateOnly(now()) ) ), ".000Z" ) ) )) ) / 86400000) - 14I tried merging these two like this - toDateTimeOnly(concat(toString(toDateOnly(nowWithDelta(toInteger( ( (toInteger( toDateTime( concat
I have had issues saving and updating a fragment only to have it completely disappear from the email. Now whenever I try to add it it just returns a blank. I can still view and edit the fragment but I am getting nothing in the email. This is another glitch in the editor that needs to be fixed. After upgrading to ACS Commons 6.15.4, ACS Commons pages are no longer editable via editor.html as they were in 4.x (for example, Dispatcher Flush and Adobe League pages now appear read‑only). Is this expected behavior? Do we have any supported workaround to retain the old page‑based editing model, or is using an older ACS Commons version the only option?https://xxxxxxxxx.dev.xxxxxxx.adobecqms.net/editor.html/etc/acs-commons/dispatcher-flush/test-lts.html
Hi all,I'm working on an AEMaaCS workflow and would like to implement a custom Participant Step dialog with dynamic data coming from a previous Process Step. Here is my use case: An editor starts a workflow on a Content Fragment Editor receives a notification and completes the first task A custom Process Step collects all referenced nodes under the Content Fragment and stores them into workflow metadata like below: item.getWorkflow().getWorkflowData().getMetaDataMap() .put("discoveredNodePaths", collectedPaths.toArray(new String[0])); In the next Participant Step: Editor opens the task from Inbox A dialog should display all discovered node paths as a checkbox group Editor selects some nodes and clicks "Ok" The selected nodes should be saved back into workflow metadata Next Reviewer step: Reviewer opens task and sees selected nodes Can approve or reject If approved, a Process Step publishes all selected nodes My questions is about step4: How can I customize the Participan

Hi, I’m looking for some advice.I have a user who is trying to add a new task to the bottom of a project. The task above it is a recurring task, but this new task should be a separate item. However, when they add it at the bottom, it automatically indents under the recurring task instead of appearing as its own task.At the moment, the only workaround is to add the new task at the top of the project. Is there a way to add a task directly to the bottom of the project without it being nested under the recurring task?
All journey versions in our `dev-beta-testing` sandbox return ERR_JOURNEYVERSION_107 ("journey version can't be deserialized"). Even brand-new minimal journeys (Audience Qualification → End, no email/actions) fail immediately. The sandbox was previously working — we have deployed and stopped versions. The version store appears corrupted: `GET /journeyVersions?journey=<uid>` returns the same 10 versions for every journey regardless of the filter. Other sandboxes in the same org work fine. Requesting guidance
The Concept: In sourcing, identifying cost pattern shifts or rogue spend requires heavy week-on-week spend analysis and deflation tracking. Adobe Analytics has built-in AI for this exact type of monitoring. The Adobe Connection:Intelligent Alerts & Anomaly Detection: Instead of using these features just for spikes in website traffic, they can be configured on internal B2B platforms to flag sudden spikes in unclassified spend or deviations from contracted pricing structures. The Conversation Starter: "Adobe's Anomaly Detection isn't just for spotting a sudden surge in website visitors. Imagine applying that same AI-driven alert system to internal B2B portals to instantly catch 'tail-spend' leakage or week-on-week deflation shifts without manual Excel tracking."
When adding a custom HEX code to a background color in the new Marketo builder, the editor does not apply the color; you cannot hit select/enter to apply the settings. The only way I have found to actually apply the settings is to paste the HEX code into the color block, then arrow up or down to change the color to an adjacent color, then return to the original color I pasted to get the color to apply. When applying a background color to a component using a HEX code, the change doesn't take effect automatically and we need to press the Tab key for the change to apply. This isn’t very intuitive and we would expect that hitting enter or selecting the value would automatically apply the custom Hex code for a background color.
In the AEM Assets Omnisearch UI, when a user opens the filter rail and selects any filter (file type, date range, tags, etc.), a search is automatically triggered on every single filter interaction. This causes: Multiple overlapping HTTP search requests fired in rapid succession Server-side query timeouts under normal DAM load UI freezing while waiting for responses Users unable to combine multiple filters before seeing results Required behavior: User selects multiple filters freely without any search firing A custom "Execute Search" button is visible in the filter rail Search only fires when the user explicitly clicks "Execute Search" This is a production workflow issue affecting all DAM users performing filtered asset searches.
Hi everyone, I have read the documentation and browsed the Q&As but so far, I am still not sure how an exit rate works combined with an eVar or Prop, hope you can help:We have few pages on our website and a lot of applications, sometimes several per page. That's why I need to use eVars / Props to check after which interaction with an application or after which process step a user left the website. The challenge here is, the eVars / Props I am referring to, are not always filled. Here is my example, I need clarification on:Case1:Hit 1: eVar_X (Application Name) fired with Value App ALast Hit before Exit: eVar_X (Application Name) fired with Value App ACase2:Hit 1: eVar1 (Application Name) fired with Value App ALast Hit before Exit: eVar_X (Application Name) not firedCase3:Hit 1: eVar_1 (Application Name) fired with Value App AHit 2: eVar_1 (Application Name) not firedLast Hit before Exit: eVar_1 (Application N
