Hi all,Does Adobe RTE provide the removeformat feature? I like to remove the format of the highlighted text, sometimes the RTE creates an extra space in paragraphs. Hi everyone, we’re working with Unitary Events and we understand from the documentation that the ingestion limit is 5,000 events per second.Our question is:Is this limit configurable in any way (for example, reducing it to 1,000 EPS for operational control), or is it a fixed platform guardrail managed entirely by Adobe?We’re not looking to increase the limit, only to understand whether it can be lowered at the AJO/AEP level, or if rate limiting must be handled entirely on the event producer side.Thanks in advance!

Hi all, we’re using Native Push (APNS/FCM) in AJO Journeys and would like to control the overall delivery rate (e.g., X pushes per second/minute).I understand that:The Journeys Throttling API applies only to external endpoints. Rule sets / frequency capping limit messages per profile. Campaigns have a “Throttle delivery” option.However, we don’t see a way to throttle the delivery rate for Native Push within Journeys.Is there any supported way to configure push throughput throttling in Journeys, or is it fully managed internally by Adobe?Thanks!

Wondering if anyone has found a way / best practices to tie in the data from the Planning Record types to the Cards on Kanban boards.Would be great to configure Boards by Workspace, ability to see the name of the Campaign Or Initiative the task is related for starters.

I created two versions of the same email: One using the old editor, built from my own custom template with HTML compiled from MJML One using the new WYSIWYG Email Designer The version built in the old editor is roughly half the size of the new one. With the new editor, I’m constantly hitting Gmail’s 100 KB clipping limit and having emails cut off, even when the visible content is minimal.What’s especially confusing is fragment behavior. When I update a fragment to delete content, the email actually gets larger, sometimes by 30 KB or more. From what I can tell, fragment updates are appending duplicate CSS and redundant markup instead of removing it.I’ve seen mentions that the old editor may be sunset in 2026, and I’m about to build a new nurture program. I’m concerned about being forced onto the new editor when it’s already difficult to keep emails under Gmail’s size limit.Am I missing something here, or are others seeing the same behavior with the new editor?

How to implement logging and monitoring  in Adobe workfront. We have an third party API which provides all logging information.

I have given access to user for  developer, deployment manager roles  in cloud manager for dev env from admin console.  However this user is seeing the other envrionments when logged in to cloud manger, he can hibernante/dehibernate these envs.  However there is no access to other env when he clicks other env. However He still sees these env links and option to add env button.  Is there any way to restrict env access links and option to hide Add env button on top. 

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some guidance on an architectural decision for a multi-site setup on AEM as a Cloud Service. I need to create additional websites on the same AEM Cloud program. Some of these new sites will share part of the existing platform (authoring model, utilities, or components), while others may require different structures, custom components, or even different frontend approaches. We facing issue while adding subpages of the page /content/…./…../.../.../future-transformation into the createlanguagecopywizard as the error shown "Resources without a jcr:title property cannot be added to the list." The out of box js which is throwing this error is /libs/cq/gui/components/siteadmin/admin/createlanguagecopywizard/clientlibs/createlanguagecopy.min.js As per the logic, this script tries to render page data using /content/../…/…/future-transformation/{anysubpagename}/jcr:content.json and this request return empty json {}. This is the reason we are getting this error. Kindly help us understand why are we getting this empty json only for these subpages.

When ingestion data via HTTP API to profile, FIFO is not guaranteed, resulting in potentially incorrect data being stored on the Profile. The enhancement request is to make this an optinal feature when creating a source connector or dataflow. It could be a toggle. The trade-off would be increased processing time, but I would rather have correct profile data a bit slower, than fast updates that taht eventually prove incorrect

Hi Community,We’ve noticed a limitation in #Adobe Marketo Engage regarding person record deletions and would like to confirm if others have experienced the same or if there is a workaround.Scenario:When a person record is deleted from the database (either manually or via batch action), we are unable to identify: Which specific user performed the deletion The exact timestamp tied to the user action (beyond high-level activity logs) Any detailed audit reference for compliance tracking We checked: Audit Trail Activity Log Notifications However, we could not find clear visibility showing which user deleted the specific contact record.Concern:From a governance and compliance perspective, this creates challenges in: Internal accountability Data security monitoring Incident investigation Audit/compliance reporting Questions: Is there any hidden audit configuration or advanced log access that tracks user-level deletion details? I’m running a cleanup initiative to reduce clutter from legacy smart lists that are no longer actively maintained.I wanted to confirm best practices before deleting anything: Is it generally safe to rely on the “Used By” tab to identify smart lists that are not referenced by any campaigns, programs, or assets? For smart lists that show no current dependencies and haven’t been modified or used in a long time, is deletion recommended versus archiving? Are there any known risks (hidden dependencies) that we should be aware of before removing them? Thank you in advance.NN

During testing, I set up a campaign to end and it worked and went to ‘Completed’ status. Now, I can’t duplicate it. Is that a bug or do I have to recreate everything? This is what I see for the campaign options: 

Hi guys, After reading similar questions, I don’t think this one has been asked before.When I create a journey (in AJO) using a read audience as the entry point and set the schedule type to daily or weekly - the re-entrance options does not appear. My expectation (and as mentioned in this previous comment......is that when the schedule is not as soon as possible I should now be able to choose re-entry criteria: It seems that before I choose the entry node (ie read audience) I can select the re-entrance criteria, but this disappears when I add in the read audience node, and will not save.Is there a reason re-entrance is not showing even when my scheduler is not set to as soon as possible?Thank youWill

Hello!  I haven’t really encountered this before and wanted to ask: I had sent out an email last week and in the email dashboard it says that the email sent to 1,000 people. However when I clicked on the member tab of the email program or when I create a smart list/email performance report with the was delivered email filter, the number was a lot higher, about 1,600. Any idea on what may be the cause of this discrepancy? The email performance report number as well as the program member number and the smart list number are all the same, but it’s just the dashboard that is off.
