how to filter all dimension/metric for a specific dataSet in the CJA dataView configuration screen ?

Hi all, I am using a calculated field to provide a clickable, concatenated Workfront Document Project Link that users can click when it is attached to a document. Currently, the URL’s environment is hard-coded as “my”. I know that $HOST is available for External Lookup fields and can retrieve the environment dynamically, but I’m looking for a way to both build the URL and retrieve the environment value dynamically. Currently showing: What I would like to achieve (dynamic environment): By any chance, has anyone had a similar use case or thoughts they could share? Thanks!Wyatt

When a new field is introduced in the event schema after it already been enabled for the profile and have the data ingested, how do we ingest the historical data for newly introduce field ? Some of the solution i could think of are, option1) One approach I am ware is create a new dataSet with primary key and new field, and then use that dataset to ingest both historical and incremental data. however this approach may not be scalable. if we introduce new field every quarter, then it would lead to multiple datasets.option2) Wipe out historical data from the dataset by deleting the batch which had ingested that historical data, and re-ingest the data with all attribute. this is time consuming, and can disturb existing prod setup. option3) use data distiller to backfill the historical data. can that be done technically as event based schema class doesnt support upsert? Are there any best recommended approach ?

Currently, if you delete an asset via new Assets UI [1] this will end up in the trash folder. From here, you are able to restore it easily.Although CF are stored below /content/dam this functionality is not there for CF! Why is that. CF are holding same important content (maybe more if delivered to different channels) like an asset. Why does Adobe not offer the function? Please implement the restore functionality for CF!  

Hi everyone,I’m following the official tutorial to install Adobe Tags / Web SDK and collect data on a website. After creating the Tag property, Datastream, and related configurations, the tutorial indicates that you can validate the setup by going to:https://luma.enablementadobe.com/content/luma/us/en.htmland then opening the browser developer tools to check for the digitalData object in the console.However, I don’t see the digitalData variable available on the page.What I’ve already checked: I verified that the page loads correctly and reloaded it multiple times. I used Adobe Experience Platform Debugger and tried to override the default Datastream ID with my own Datastream ID. After overriding and reloading the page, the behavior remains the same and digitalData is still not present. Based on the documentation below, I expected the digitalData object to be available for creating data elements:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/platform-learn/implement-web-sdk/tags-configu

We have a number of long-running OOTB workflows on one of our environments. Workflows like Request for Activation or Request for Move Completion. Looking at the documentation here it only makes mention of custom workflows (mentions paths under /conf). https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/sites/administering/workflows-administeringWould it also be appropriate for purging long running OOTB workflows? If not, what's the proper way to handle these? 

Hi everyone,I wanted to share something that’s been quietly causing challenges for e-commerce stores targeting Saudi Arabia since the beginning of 2026.Saudi Post (SPL) introduced the Short Address Code — an 8-character alphanumeric code (e.g., RCTB4359) that uniquely identifies every address in the country. Think of it as a super-short version of a full street address + building number + district, all rolled into one tiny code.What makes it specific to Saudi Arabia:Almost no other country uses this exact system. Some places have short postcodes (UK, Canada), but this is a national-level, mandatory, SPL-managed code tied to the full National Address database. It became mandatory for all parcel deliveries starting January 2026. If the code is missing or invalid, major carriers (Aramex, SMSA, DHL, etc.) can refuse the shipment. This affects e-commerce because many customers still provide vague addresses (e.g., just “Riyadh” or “near the big mosque”) — and those are no longer sufficient.F

Based on current client feedback, I am requesting we have at minimum Portfolios/Programs - if not all work Objects - added to the “Recently Deleted” function in Workfront. This is causing some issues as we automate processes clean up Workfront. Would love to see this added to the product roadmap!

I’m pretty sure this isn’t possible but, I am trying to combine 3 different calculated fields on the same custom form into one chart. The fields are Metric 1 On-Time, Metric 2 On-Time, Metric 3 On-Time and the calculation spits out either Yes or No once dates from the source fields have been filled out (not all 3 metrics will apply to every project).The goal is to determine the overall percentage of “Yes” vs “No” across the entire portfolio of projects, inclusive of all 3 metrics.

I would like to take a folder with an asset in frame.io and copy it over to a project in workfront. I have established a connection in frame.io and have a project, folder, and asset all ready to go. How would i go about doing this?

Hi everyone    So I am new to this organization and when I started executing some campaigns I was asked to update the scores in the flow steps of individual programs while we were having an agency update our lead scoring. So for example, when we had list imports come in from content syndication, I was asked to give them 40 points. Well, I assumed that I would be adding this to behavior score since they filled out a form to get into the system, but I was later told they only use person score right now. Is there a way for me to remedy this and add it to the person score without having to go into individual campaigns? If I do have to do it individually, I assume I would make a campaign that takes the 40 points off behavior and then execute another to add to person? Is there a better way to do this?

Hi Team, Please assist with this, is there a way to do A/B test (subject line) of email when there is no fixed audience. We have a nurture campaign with different product suite streams; people qualify in the suite stream based to certain criteria and receive email. So would like to know if we can do A/B test for emails since we don't have fixed audience. Thanks,Deepthi.   

Is there a way for test push in Campaigns? or using Simulate Content?

In Universal Editor, when trying to align text in Rich Text field by using default alignment option (left, center, right), it only adds inline style. Upon saving changes and exiting out of RTE, all inline styles are removed.I want to have per-paragraph alignment option within a rich text field so didn’t do this through custom model field. Any fix for this? Like adding a class instead of inline styling so this can actually work?

Hi Everyone,    We have implemented the following business use case -  1. Send a request from AEM Publish to Runtime 2. Runtime action is able to generate the access token against the IMS to access the AEM Author instance 3A. Use cURL command to directly ping the author server with the payload -- Gives 200 OK works fine 3B Use the runtime action to generate the request to author instance -- gets blocked at CDN layer 4. The servlet at author takes the payload and does its own custom logic processing.   So locally and via curl the servlet worked fine but when invoked from Adobe I/O runtime it failed with 403 not allowed.   Conclusions -  1. Issue not in servlet, not in dispatcher rules as direct curl from local machine gives 200 OK The curl command when hit gives the below response -  rohan_garg@work hello-runtime % curl -X POST \"https://author-p123456-e1234567.adobeaemcloud.com/services/abc/save" \-H "Authorization: Bearer eyJhbGciOiJSUz..." \-H

Hello togehter,We see an unusually high volume of traffic with the source set to “None” in an Adobe form. For me It is currently unclear why this traffic is not attributed correctly.   Based on the Marketing Processing Rules, do you see any issues that could cause “None” traffic?
