Translation Content Fragments with Elanion

Hi guys, 

 

we have a local AEM instance and a connection with the Elanion instance of our customer. 

When we set up a translation job for the content fragments and start it. The status goes upon refreshing the page from “Commited for translation” to “Translation in Progress” to “Cancel” or only from “Commited for translation” to “Cancel”. Where do we find the logs to check why it was cancelled? Do we need to have access to our customers Elanion instance?
