I have multiple resources that have multiple roles within our organization.  The resources are setup with three separate roles within the user settings, but when I try to report on the actual or planned hours per each specific role, the report is only returning the primary role.  In addition, when assigning these users to the job role within the project, I am not getting a drop down list.  Has anyone run into this before and do you have any suggestions on accurate reporting per job role?Thanks!Sue

Hi,I’m trying to attach a template to the project, and when I’m doing it via Web interface it attaches template and all templates tasks. But when I’m using API, it assigns a template but doesn’t create tasks from the template. .../attask/api/v21.0/proj/{PROJECT_ID}/attachTemplate body -  {"templateID": "***"} I’ve tried a lot of variations for body, with "options": [], without, with "excludeTemplateTaskIDs": [] and without. Nothing helped. Is it possible to attach a template to the project and trigger template’s task creation?Thank you.

Hi everyone,I created a Customer AI instance where the goal is set to a specific event type. When I try to run the instance, it fails with the following error:Error Code: VALIDATION-400 NOT_ENOUGH_OBJECTIVERequire at least 50 users with qualifying events to build a model.I already have more than 50 users meeting the qualifying event criteria, but the instance is still not generating scores.Could someone please clarify what the actual minimum number of users required is to successfully generate scores? Also, are there any additional constraints or thresholds (such as training window requirements or minimum events per user) that must be met?Thanks in advance!

Hey, I’d have a need to exclude some attributes going from the hub to edge (profile). Suggested approach is to use data governance labels (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/data-governance/labels/reference). None of the ootb labels seem to be related to the edge case specifically. Anyone who have done this exercise and would know what labels to use?Attributes should still be usable for personalization cases that rely on data in the hub.

Greetings, I would like to create conditional loop behavior in my AEM workflow.  I have found two possible implementations in the documentation, but am having trouble getting either to work. The first method would be to use the built in 'GoTo' step.  However, I want the loop to execute conditionally based upon the value of a variable that must be calculated on the server.  My idea was to generate this value in a custom workflow process immediately before the 'GoTo' step and then pass the value to the 'GoTo'.  However, I have been unable to find a way to successfully pass the variable such that it will be visible in the 'GoTo' step's ECMA script.  Please let me know if there is a way to do this. The second method is to use the com.adobe.granite.workflow.exec.Route API.  When attempting to use this however, the workflow steps do no execute in the order I expected.  Consider the following workflow diagram:  Under my test cas

I am using AEM 6.5 (Cloud SDK) with the old Content Fragment editor view.In my Content Fragment Model, I configured a Fragment Reference field with the following settings: Render As: Multiple Field Min Number of Items: 2 Max Number of Items: 4 However, when I create a Content Fragment based on this model, I am still able to: Add only 1 referenced fragment Save the Content Fragment successfully Max items works as expected The system does not block the save operation even though the minimum number of items is set to 2.My Questions: Is this expected behavior in AEM 6.5 (classic/old editor)? Are Min/Max item constraints only UI-level guidance and not server-side enforced? Is there any way to strictly enforce the minimum item count without custom development? We want to cap the amount of personalised offers that a user is seeing in the webpage. We used custom code channel. We created a campaign with a ranking formula and a decision policy. Can the Marketo administrator set the permission for non-administrator accounts to view the personal information of database users? When non-administrator accounts view the database information, only partial information should be displayed. For example, when viewing Zhang San's email, only the encrypted email should be shown.

We have need to query GraphQL in AEM for specific content fragments with a title (for example) of X or Y. That’s easy enough to do with a query like this. Hi All, If a profile dataset (used in CJA connection) is not enabled for Profile in AEP than will the profile attributes show up in CJA workspace reports. Basically there are 2 datasets (event and profile) and Person ID is same in both datasets. When I created connection than I can see the data at connection level but at dataview level data is coming as ‘No value’ in reports. Is this because the profile dataset is not enabled for profile in AEP ?

how can i update jars like spring framework which is under crx-quickstart/launchpad/felix/bundle10/spring-core.jar . This is flagged in security scan and needs to be upgraded to 5.3.32 version. Current version is 5.3.28. Upgrading vai sevice pack is not an option due to time constraints. 

Hello! I'm trying to create a project report that shows actual duration of projects.  One column is pulling the template duration, but I also want to show in a separate column the duration the project ACTUALLY took. Taking the actual start date and add up the actual completion date and show what that duration is (keep in mind, we have our schedule set up not to include weekends and holidays so it's not as straightforward as adding the days between the two dates). This will then show me a comparison to what the project SHOULD have started vs when it did and then how long is actually took.  Ultimately, I want to show two things: 1) are our templates set up accurately for the duration needed and 2) we are allocating enough time, but our projects are starting too late; therefore we're always late getting them done. Warning: I do not understand text mode well at all. HA!
