Hi all,we are registering API client ID’s in an api.yaml (see https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/developing/open-api-based-apis) and deploy them with a config pipeline.The documentation describes that for secrets can be used placeholders (see https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/operations/config-pipeline) Something like shown here seems not to work: kind: "API"version: "1"data: allowedClientIDs: author: - "${{MY_AUTHOR_CLIENT_ID}}"We added the values as secrets with “Service Applied: All” in cloud manager configuration but it only works with specific values directly in the api.yaml.Do you know if this not supported kind: API?Best,Mark

Hi,Is there a way to search for a WF Planning user in Fusion, given that user’s ID? I am trying to get the name and email from a user, based on the ID provided in the Created By field of a Planning record. I know I can search for a user details via this API internal/user?name=<user_name>  but as far as I could tell, it does not allow me to search by ID. Thanks in advanceJoao

we are migrating aem on premises to aem cloud. after migration still user receive mail from on premises.Content review email change from on-prem to cloud The Content Review email process is still activated in the OnPrem AEM environment. Can we switch this off please and ensure that it is activated on the Cloud AEM environment.

I have a use case where I have two PDFs. 1- Static PDF  2- Dynamic PDF, generated using AEM Form Communication API (https://developer.adobe.com/experience-manager-forms-cloud-service-developer-reference/api/output-sync/).   Ask - I would like to insert static PDF pages after page 2 of Dynamic PDF(generated using communication API) using Document manipulation APIs (https://developer.adobe.com/experience-manager-forms-cloud-service-developer-reference/api/assembler-sync/#section/Introduction).   Any sample code or DDX file, if this can be done?

Logging details here for the community visibility so others can easily debug such problem Bug Title Sandbox Tooling failure when copying AJO Campaign Orchestration audiences between sandboxes.Product Product: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Campaign Orchestration Component: Sandbox Tooling. Expected Behavior Sandbox tooling should successfully migrate an audience package from a dev sandbox to a stage environment. If components such as merge policies are already present, the system should gracefully handle the conflict by prompting to overwrite or ignore the component rather than failing the import. Observed Behavior Attempting to import a package containing an AJO Campaign Orchestration audience fails during the upload. The import returns an OBJECT_EXISTS error ("PROFILE_MERGE was not created anew") for merge policies that already exist in the target sandbox. Hello Everyone, I need to recreate a report from Analysis Workspace in Legacy Report Builder, and from what I have experienced the following aren't possible in Legacy ARB:  - breakdown eVar by prop (props not listed as option for breakdowns) - get custom event metrics for props  (no custom events listed in wizard) Is the above true, or am I missing something?  Thanks for any ideas.  Are there any documents which state these limitations? (I can successfully recreate the AW reports in the new Report Builder but the client isn’t running it yet)

By mistake if someone deleted a Delivery in workflow which was launched yesterday, and because of that the tracking data is also got deleted from report. how can we recover deleted delivery?

Please, please bring back the option to toggle off the ability to edit the assignee on a task for the Standard users access level!! This is an incredibly important feature for my team and an easy way that work will fall through the cracks, lose track of accountability, and cross functional alignment. There is also no current way that I am notified of changed user on a task. If I was notified, this would be a helpful way to monitor changes but alterations are happening unbeknownst to me and will quickly become a very large problem to audit. Please help!

We are running into challenges where a person is merging duplicate records in SFDC, and SFDC sets the score with the winning record. However, when it syncs to Marketo is sums (aka doubles) the score. Trying to figure out a workaround as this is causing false MQLs to trigger to sales. This is because our MQL programs are triggered based off the person score hitting a certain threshold.Any insights?

I was scheduled to take the AD0-E207 exam this morning and my laptop had issues connecting to the portal.  I don’t see any option to reschedule, and it still says “in progress” If i click the take exam it just takes me to this page: And if i click schedule new session theres nothing in the dropdown: I’ve submitted an Adobe ticket as the testing company says this has to be rescheduled on Adobe’s end, but haven’t gotten any response from Adobe. ​

Is it possible to insert data to multiple Datasets in one SQL Query? 

I am looking for a programatic solution to determine underutilised or unutilised adobe licenses. Going through the UMAPIs I dont see any endpoint that can help me determine the user login activity across all adobe products centrally. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? or has a suggestion for a potential solution?

Hello Everyone, I'm working on a use case, where I'm receiving 2 streaming events for same profile at exact same time. The journey is setup using unitary events. Both events getting ingested into dataset. But in Profile's event tab, I see only one event. For a profile, journey re-entrance is set to 1 second, so that for some cases if the profile with same identifier comes after a second it should get processed. Hi All,AEM: 6.5.12I’m encountering this issue for the first time. I’m currently using the AEM OOTB Sitemap generator for testing purposes. However, when I try to use the scheduler approach, the job gets stuck and doesn't trigger. please refer below screenshot.  The logs don’t provide much information. I’ve attempted to create the scheduler through /system/console/ConfigMgr and even added a run mode, but it still doesn’t work. However, the "On Demand" approach works perfectly fine. I checked from status-slingsitemap and it appears as scheduled.I've done the the following actions:- re-index from oak:index -> slingSitemap- Adding  the config to be placed "/apps/system/conf/ (didn't work)- Adding runmode config (didn't work).- flushing classloader (didn't work).Is there a way to know if the scheduler got stuck somehow?. if so, do you know the path where I can check it?. Previosly, it was working fine but not sure what changed. 

Hi Team,We are observing a very high volume of requests hitting AEM internal Granite APIs:/libs/granite/csrf/token.json (~618K requests, ~19%) /libs/granite/security/currentuser.json (~300K requests, ~9.3%)Together, these endpoints account for nearly 29% of total traffic in our logs.We understand these endpoints are used for authentication/session handling, but this volume seems unusually high and is impacting overall traffic patterns.We would like guidance on:Is this level of traffic expected for these endpoints in Adobe Experience Manager (especially Cloud Service)? What are the recommended best practices to reduce or optimize calls to these APIs?      Dispatcher/CDN rules? Frontend implementation improvements? Could this indicate a misconfiguration (e.g., frequent polling, missing caching, or bot traffic)? Are there Adobe-recommended patterns to minimize repeated CSRF token and current user calls? Any insights or similar experiences would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
