EDIT: Maybe a better question is - is there a dead-end conversion from Velocity to Handlebars? Or is Velocity staying indefinitely? Hello all,Have maybe a specific question but hoping some experts can shed some light - I know at one point there was talk about Marketo moving from Velocity to Handlebars and I was curious if anyone could help me decipher that in terms of personalization with Custom Objects?We do a fair amount of Velocity scripting due to the nature of Custom Objects and multiple records - for example here is a First Name personalization:##Standard Velocity Date/Time Fields #set( $defaultTimeZone = $date.getTimeZone().getTimeZone("America/Chicago") ) #set( $defaultLocale = $date.getLocale() ) #set( $calNow = $date.getCalendar() ) #set( $ret = $calNow.setTimeZone($defaultTimeZone) ) #set( $calConst = $field.in($calNow) ) #set( $ISO8601DateOnly = "yyyy-MM-dd" ) #set( $ISO8601DateTime = "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss" ) #set( $ISO8601DateTimeWithSpace = "yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss" ) #
Within Asset UI/AEMaaCS/AEM Assets when filters are applied while searching, they are cleared after navigating away from the page or if a user refreshes the screen. It would be beneficial to the user experience if the filters remained applied so the user doesn't have to reapply the same filters. This isn't something that can be configured or controlled.
Currently, the closest thing in Fusion to a Loop is the Repeater Module with hardcoded i and n variables. A loop module in Workfront fusion is greatly needed with the following capabilities.Ability to set i and n for loop.Ability to update i real time during loopAbility to escape loop once case is metAdding all types of loops... for each, do while etc. would be a home run.Fusion 1.0 had this type of logic and hoping we can get some of it back again.Current functionality does not allow for escaping the loop when certain condition is achieve so the loop is optimal. Now we are forced to indicate the number of iterations to a max number which is suboptimal from a processing point of view.
I have created a Journey that updates the profile in the DEV sandbox. When in test mode, everything works fine. But then, when Published, the path that the journey takes is sometimes the correct one and other times the alternative error/timeout one. I am doing the same tests in test mode as when Published. Why this might happen? P:S: I am able to see the events in the profile while published
I have 2 scheme elements under our base field group.queryString has the 'Deprecate field' option.queryStringRedacted as the 'Remove field' option.I do not believe any data has ever been ingested for the queryStringRedacted element.I need to change the name. Can I remove it or rename it without creating a breaking change for the datasets tied to it?If I can't remove it, do I use the 'Manage related fields' to hide it from the UI?
I’m exploring ways to automate the email delivery summary in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). The goal is to pull delivery metrics (sent, delivered, bounced, failed) and store the details for further analysis. Any examples or best practices for automating this process via scripts or Adobe I/O integrations?
Description -While working in the source workspace, I've noticed two key usability gaps that affect data management efficiency:1. Missing Date-Based Sorting/Filtering.Currently there is no option to filter or sort files on a source folder by their date of availability or uploaded time. This make it difficult to locate newly available files or track which data arrived most recently -especially when the number of files is large.Adding a simple date filter or filter (e.g: Last 7 days, 30 days or custom range) would make it much easier to ingest files or validate latest ingestions.2. Dataflow Filter Performance IssuesThe existing filter under Dataflows is slow to load and often returns incomplete or inaccurate results.Optimizing the Dataflow filter logic and improving response times would significantly help teams manage multiple dataflows and save time. Why is this feature important to you -Easier identification of newly uploaded data to ingest.Faster and more accurate Dataflow m
Hello! I am looking for some text mode for two use cases: In a Portfolio report, I'd like to count the number of programs in each portfolio In a Program report, I'd like to count the number of projects in the program. Does anyone have good code for this?
Hi! I've got a Document report that is in a desperate need of a column for Proof Approver name and proof decision date. I would try other report types, however this same report also needs to display a bunch of Task and Project level metadata (+ a direct download link for the doc). Any tips/guides on how to achieve it would be appreciated. Thanks!Kuba
Interested if anyone has insight into this.....If a lookup table was ingested into CJA, would it still be able to feed the identity graph that is leveraged for graph-based stitching in CJA? Let's say I want to do a lookup on an appointment event, with the customer ID available on the appointment lookup record....can the ID available on that lookup record still be leveraged for g-b stitching? As in, that customer ID (given it's marked as a primary ID, dataset is marked for profile) can be stitched to the events with matching appointment keys?
Hi all! Would love to hear your thoughts on what an ideal email send cadence would be for an operational email going to all our clients, including non-marketable persons that we rarely reach out to? Details below:There are about 68,000 recipients of an upcoming operational email, that otherwise rarely receive any Marketo outreach from usWhat would be a low-risk way to make sure the operational email reaches these folks without risking a lowered sender reputation? Should we aim to send it to 5,000 people per day? Should we go even smaller, such as 1,000 people per day? If I end up using the number 1,000, is it risky to do 2 batches per day instead of just 1? Thank you very much
can we track traffic movement across own platforms (website-to-APP and Vice versa)? And while movement how can we retain - 1) ECID and 2) internal and external campaign tracking code?
i have seen majorly dataLake size is smaller than profile store, and in very few cases dataLake size is larger than profile store.based on my understanding, one of the reason dataLake size is comparatively is smaller bcz dataLake uses compression technique to store the data, hence the size is smaller that profile store. And if dataSet is enabled for profile, much after the data ingestion has been done already . this causes very less profile to get ingested into profile store, which causes dataLake size to be higher than profile store. Apart from above two reason, what are the other explanation for these size variance between dataLake and profile store ?I have attached screenshot for reference.
Hi All I have a question regarding the potential impact of removing a Profile Enabled Custom Class Lookup Schema. This schema has an established relationship with another Experience Event schema, which is also profile-enabled. The plan is to remove the relationship in the Experience Event schema and then drop the Custom Class Lookup dataset and schema. While it seems like a feasible technical action, I’d like to understand if there could be any negative impacts. Since the Custom Class Lookup schema does not participate in the union schema, I assume dropping it won't affect the union schema, but I wanted to double-check with the community. Looking forward to your insights!

Hello everyone, I noticed something odd while checking opportunity details in Advanced BI Analytics. The opportunity count shows the same number for every month and even for different programs. It also shows counts for months in 2026, which seems off. The count looks more like the all-time total opportunities rather than month-wise numbers, as you can see in the attached image. Has anyone else faced this? Any idea why the numbers are not changing across months and programs? Would really appreciate any guidance or solutions. Thanks in advance!
Is there a way to run a report that shows all the places a specific custom form is attached?
Description - Ability to in-line edit External Lookups with dependencies on list views. Curently we are able to edit fields that do not have dependencies. Why is this feature important to you - This is important because since the field is working fine on a custom form, it should essentially work on the list view as well. Having the ability to edit the field but restricted due to a technical limitation is not a great user experience. How would you like the feature to work - Ability to in-line edit External Lookups with dependencies on list views. The external lookup field should be able to process the URL with dependency on any other field.Current Behaviour - Curently we are able to edit external lookup fields that do not have dependencies I referred to this post: Custom forms: External Lookup – Usage in Views & F... - Adobe Experience League Community - 637209 and looks like the last update, to edit external lookup fields inline, was made last year. I think it has been
After bulk uploading a large amount of assets to AEM Assets, I noticed that the Dynamic Renditions for some assets with the same name were getting "mixed up" - they have the wrong image content in the renditions. For example:I upload two assets: /content/dam/page1/HeroImage.png and /content/dam/page2/HeroImage.png.Dynamic Media requires unique filenames, so these were created in DM as HeroImage.png and HeroImage-1.png respectively. When I look at the Dynamic Renditions in AEM Assets for /content/dam/page1/HeroImage.png, it's showing the HeroImage-1.png renditions. What is the correct workaround for this? It's not realistic to expect every asset in the DAM to have a unique name.
We renamed some content fragments but when we go to the component using those fragments, the old names still appear. What can we do to refresh them? Please help!
Hi everyone,I’m working on a project to analyze the impact of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google AI Overview) on our website traffic and engagement metrics using Adobe Analytics. We recently lifted AI crawler restrictions in mid-July, allowing GenAI tools to index our website. Since then, we’ve noticed changes in traffic patterns, especially on informational pages. However, since traffic from AI Overview is categorized as organic search by default, I’m looking for alternative methods or best practices to:Identify which pages were impacted post-July (e.g., drop in page views or engagement).Infer GenAI-driven traffic despite the lack of direct referrer data.Compare pre- and post-crawler lift performance using Adobe Workspace.Has anyone tackled similar challenges or found alternative ways to isolate GenAI impact in Adobe Analytics?Any tips, segment logic, or dashboard examples would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
Description - When using Fixed Dates times constraint, have the 'Actual Completion Date' field give the 'Actual' date the task was completed. Why is this feature important to you - It logically doesn't make sense for the Actual Completion Date to not give the date the task was actually completed. When it comes to to start of the month and we're billing clients for the work completed in the previous month it seems to me like we are not billing for work completed at the very start of the month. However these tasks were actually completed in the previous month, but the dates don't align to this. This affects other reporting too when we're trying to drill down on specifics for when tasks were completed. How would you like the feature to work - the Actual Completion Date should give the Actual date the task was completed for all Task Constraints. Current Behaviour - The Actual Completion Date field currently gives the Planned Completion date where a task Constraint
