I have a new Head of Creative and we are giving our Workfront a full inspection to find new/better ways to handle things. We have clients that continually submit same-day or next-day requests. Currently, the only way to address this is with a human receiving the request and then reaching out to othe...
How can you measure progress, monitor trends and drive improvements if the data you need to analyze isn’t consistently on every project or if projects similar in scope are delivered in different ways? We’ve heard it time and again - consistency is key! Streamline work processes by using Project Tem...
Please upvote this. It's rather lengthy, but we've run into some people seeing Commit Date as the Due Date on the Team Requests page and others seeing Planned Completion Date. It's confusing and I'm afraid the workaround may not be available once Classic is put to rest - it was available in Classic ...

If I build a milestone report is it possible to choose which milestones I want to show in that report? We have milestones for our phase gates and other milestones for our major deliverables and we would like to break them out into 2 separate reports.
We’re looking for the best way to report out on our billability % last month by job role. Inputs into the calculation would be actual hours (timesheet data) divided by net capacity (a.k.a. available hours = normal schedule minus PTO)
Resource Management / Planner – For an individual who is 25% allocated to 1 job role (designer) and 75% allocated to another job role (illustrator), what is their available weekly or monthly capacity for designer work when looking at our Designer resource pool? It should take out 75% of their avai...

This is causing people to think their task is scheduled to start a day earlier than it should be starting. Example: a 1 day duration task with a due date of March 2 start...
