Deactivate objects instead of deleting them so you will still be able to report on that data. If you delete users and custom forms you'll lose data associated with those users and custom forms.

On dashboard, I have to open all 304 projects then they show up together.One user has 6 projects....but on dash you only see 5....less handy view if you have to continuously open it.....and it's not at like a page break and its happening for many of them....???? odd right?

The only options I see Under "Projects I Own" are "I'm set as the owner of a new project", "The commit date changes for a task on one of my projects", and "The commit date changes for an issue on one of my projects."
