I can see in the Updates tab who clicked on Work on It (and the date) as well as who changed (and the date) the status of an issue. Below is a screenshot of the Updates tab. In this example, how can I pull the dates 12/17/2020 and 12/29/2020 into a report? Thank you!

We share most of our custom forms to the masses for request queues but some people only have access to some request queues and it would seem would not have access to other custom forms not associated with the request queue. Why would a requestor need to pull a custom form into a request. I'm I doing...
I've set up my Request queue and Routing rule for new project requests. But I am not getting notifications of a new request in my work email. How do I fix this? Thanks
