I can successfully route a proof for review under an issue but when I convert that issue to a Project all comments and decisions are lost and it appears I have to create a new proof. Does anyone have a solve for maintaining proof comments and decisions from issue to project?

I have a queue and changed my view to include a column for recent updates. It has been working fine until today. Today I made some updates to some of those requests in the queue and some are showing up in the update column and some still show the previous update. Why?
