Why does the "last Updated by" field on the Requests details for a Request Project Q show ANYONE's name that last did something? This happens until a request is converted to a project. This seems like a bug and doesn't make sense.

This update happens until a request is converted to a project. This seems like a bug and doesn't make sense why a non related person to the request has their name show up. For example, a request was made by a team member to the Q. It hadn't been touched yet. Another person made a request and loaded a dcoument to their request (completely unrelated and separate). The second person's name shows up in the Last Updated By field on the Request Details page in the Entered and Updated By tile. So far, the work around is to hide these fields on the Layout template.
