Some Requestors aren't able to access WF. After logging in, they only see a white/empty web browser screen. Clearing cache/cookies, restarting computer, incognito window -- nothing gets the system to load. Anyone else experience this? Support ticket opened -- but curious if this is widespread.

I am having an issue with Parent Task Durations. They are currently showing in hours and I cannot figure out how to change them. I have no desire to see that a phase of my project is 1135 hours...but would love to see how many days it is! Is there a setting I am missing somewhere?
