You can choose to set the status if its rejected, but theres not automation on if its approved what status to give it. We are using issues to route brief...

We're in the process of cleaning up our system. I'm trying to create a report to show me custom fields in our system that aren't currently being reported on for a specific group. We want to get rid of fields that are no longer being used.

We are currently tracking costing in our expense module for each project. I would like to build a report that shows me the last expense record only per project. Can I filter to show only 1 line item per project?
