Re: üå± Template Maintenance Workshop - Workfront 28-03-2022
Aaaaand, registered. As of right now, I'm working on Friday and if so, looking forward to seeing the solution. If I'm not working, chances are that I'll be in a Korean Spa in a hot tub and will need to catch the replay. 😄 Either way, looking forward to it! -j

"Template" Queues the same way we can template filters/views/groupings - Workfront 22-03-2022
BMS currently uses a significant number of system-wide queues. This list doesn't pertain to most of our users. However, they need to be public, lest autoprovisioned requestors will not be able to see them.It would be great for an admin to at least hide some of the queues from the Requests section of Workfront in the same way we can currently do with filters, views, and groupings. This way, the queues can remain public for those who need to see them.

Re: Allow screenshots in updates/comments - Workfront 23-02-2022
I've turned it on, but haven't advertised it. A large portion of our user base does not inherit document permissions. So, although they can see the Update, they can't see the picture. I get that it's a document and that setting is all-inclusive, but if a user can see an update...the user should also see the image attached to the update.

Re: Default Task Constraint - Workfront 07-02-2022
Seriously. I also believe that this can and should be set at the Project level--ESPECIALLY for shell-type Projects.

Re: “How to Migrate from Sandbox to Prod” Workshop - Workfront 10-01-2022
@Doug Den Hoed‚ This is one of those things where I don't *currently* have a need for this, but may need to in the future. Count me in!

Re: Happy Holidays Everyone! - Workfront 20-12-2021
I still got some use out of that stupid jacket this year. Although this year, I wore it with a black tee and jeans. I think it almost looks acceptable like that. Even so, it's become a Christmastide work tradition!

Allow Severities to be set at the Group level - Workfront 10-12-2021
Currently, severities can only be set at the system level. Ideally, Group administrators would be able to set what the default severity should be for their group.

Re: Add filter option to "My Requests" - Workfront 02-09-2021
Now that the Requests section has been renovated in the new interface, the ability to create one's own filters for Requests needs to be added. It makes no sense that you can do that in just about every other place in the system...except for Requests.

Make Journal Entry Reports Exportable - Workfront 16-07-2021
The new Journal Entry report type is fantastic. I've used it for creating dashboards which record commonly referred-to and updated custom form fields. I've also created dashboards for admin/group leads to do some sleuthing when data was changed in order to increase transparency. That said, the main problem is that you can't export the thing. I understand that, if you don't filter it out, you'll get an unreasonable list of results. That said, if used in a layout template on the Project/Task/Issue ...
