Workfront

I have been trying to upload proofs to Workfront Proof for hours and none of my proofs will upload. I tried reaching out to Adobe but their support team is useless. Does anyone know of any known issues with Workfront Proof? 

A dropdown menu that exists is too narrow to read the contents. How do I go about widening the dropdown menu to match the field width to allow the longer names to be legible on an MRF (issue) custom form?

Is it possible to have multiple portfolios and pull data (objects, fields, etc) into consolidated reports, effectively making a single reported portfolio?  Do I lose any functionality when comparing projects or programs across portfolios?

I have tried to change the first name of a colleague multiple times and saved it but it resets to their old name the next day. I thought maybe it had to do with the SSO configuration, but our IT department said they have the name correct on their end. Any ideas why this could be happening?
