I've built a new custom form that I would like to use on some of my request queues. The new form includes two required fields that will replace two of the required fields that another custom form on the form is currently using. I don't want to have the field in the request queue twice. If I remove t...
I am excited about a lot of the new features, but one confuses me a bit. In the "My Tasks" widget, there is an option to add a document. However, when the new window opens up to upload it, Workfront cannot see the many folders in the project. Instead, it says "No folder" when I go to select one. Is ...
In my team's workspace, we have projects that have tasks that require multiple approvals. Is there a way to report on Task Approvals at the approver level? I was able to build a report for Task Approvals, however, its only at the overall approval level. I'd like to build a report that breaks it down...
HI all, After reading through some of the posts on EL around the new home page, I can see there are mixed opinions! One thing I'm frustrated with is the inability (I believe) to template/set a standard for how the new homepage looks and what widgets are displayed for different licence types. Pleas...

In the release notes it mentions that some widgets are only available to certain licenses, but I couldn't find docume...
This happened to me once before and it wreaked havoc for months: Yesterday we had projects with task durations often set to nice, round numbers (ex. 10 days, 0.5 days). Today we have existing projects and templates with assorted decimal values: .88, 4.38, etc. Before I submit a ticket to support, ha...
Can you not assign a project to a team? I know you can assign a request/issue to a team, but I'm unable to assign a team as the owner of a project. I'm assuming this is by design, but it's a bit confusing where you can and can't use teams/groups/etc.
