What are some of the workflows you are using to accept requests from Non-Workfront users?  From what I can see, someone has to be at least an external user to have access to a request queue.  We were hoping we could provide a direct link to the queue to anyone, but that won't work if they don't have...

Can't seem to figure out why Erik Wieseman's To Do list doesn't show some past due tasks.  Probably a simple fix, but been unable to figure it out.  Need to solve why Erik's work list only shows #1 as a past due task and not #2, #3 and #4.  Thanks.
