ProofHQ - Merge Proofs

Hi, I have our agency uploading packaging proofs to ProofHQ. Once we make decisions such as "changes required", our agency usually uploads a new version and it comes through as the next version and we no longer see the "changes required" proof in our dashboard. I noticed on a recent proof the agency submitted, I see both the new proof and the "changes required" proof and the version went fron v3 to v5. Any idea on how I can consolidate the proof versions so we dont see the previous version in our dashboard?

Are you using reporting within Workfront to report on the Proofs, or solely going into ProofHQ? If using Proof Approval reporting in Workfront, you can add the filter Proof Approval > Is Current Document Version = True to filter out any old versions. This would be different if you're using a Documents report type (might be helpful to post current filters you have).
