Hi @AlyssaTrainor - Yes! You can add "usewidths=true" to one column on the report through text mode and then on the columns you want to presize you can add "width=X" with the X being a number (usually, start around 100).

Hi @Arnab4 - I know this is an older question, but in case you haven't found a solution, you can go to Setup > Audit Logs to see changes to user access. You could also try a journal entry report, that may work here too.

Try using the vertical bar "|" as the separator. I've had luck with that for importing in multiple dropdown values. 

Ah, unfortunately, no. Calculated fields can't pull up information to a custom form (only possible on reports). You could probably explore a Fusion scenario if worthwhile to write the information into the custom form from the task.
