Adobe Analytics

Hi I am trying to create groups of users such that they fit into one of the 4 groups below:0 -25th percentile26th - 50th percentile51 -75th percentile76th - 100th percentilebased on amount of money they have spent. I tried both percentile and quartile functions but they dont seem to work correctly.

I have segment which have then conditionbut it also says after 1 hits.Does it mean that it will look for 1st criteria (i.e Login Attempt) and then will wait for 1 hit to pass and then it will check for 2nd criteria (i.e. container condition)?Or will it check for 1st and then immediately 2nd criteria...
