For merchandising evars to persist and bind to a subsequent success event, is it necessary to have the product variable at that subsequent page too?

Hello guys, I am uploading Customer Attribute towards AA but I am getting unspecified.If I check the Customer Attribute I have no ID match. How can I make sure that I have IDs match? 

I have set a merchandising evar in a product string which is supposed to get attributed to a success event at the next step. However, I see it gets attributed to unspecified in the evar report. Why could that be?

I receive an error when trying to hit "send" on any reports - ad hoc send or scheduled. The error says, "One or more email addresses do not meet company restrictions." Any ideas?
