Customer Attribut Unspecified

Hello guys,

I am uploading Customer Attribute towards AA but I am getting unspecified.

If I check the Customer Attribute I have no ID match. How can I make sure that I have IDs match?

First check in 'ID Lookup' if your uploaded Customer IDs do not have an associated ECID then this will show as 'unspecified' in reports.
Now, please ensure you have correctly implemented visitor.setCustomerIDs (if it's through AppMeasurement.js) or "Set Customer IDs" action if it's through Launch.
