Hi Team,  Over the past few days, we have observed that while trying to connect to Adobe Status APIs via OAuth token, we are getting error - {"error_code":"403013","message":"Your IP is not allowlisted"}. We did not have to allow any IPs earlier and were able to access the APIs successfully. Can you please let us know if there is a change in process for consuming the APIs or is there anything else that we need to do to get the valid response? Need advice on the AEP Datastream ID switching. Three Datastream IDs were created that are for the below services.1. Datastream ID 1st - for Target service only 2. I've added images to dashboards previously using text visualization > imageurl icon > paste imageurl.Now when i attempt this, clicking the image icon opens the url field for a fraction of a second and then the whole visualization closes. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Hello! I am looking to create metrics to help us measure page exploration within a site.  Here is an example (not real obviously):  Lets say that company.com has 3 site sections with multiple CTAs to other pages with relevant content. Lets call these sections are: Our Company, Our Initiatives and Blog Posts. Our client would like to have a metric that can help us measure sections visited per visit. as well as pages visited within each site section. Here is my logic for key site sections per visit (site section 1 + 2 + 3)  = total visits - note that site section numbers are raw counts and total visits are deduplicated.  Now, for the pages visited per site section. I would like to do this: (page name 1 + 2 +3+4...+x) / total visits in key site section - note: like above, that each pages' visits are raw counts and total visits are deduplicated.  1. The use case: We are moving to using milestones on a template. I have the template all set up, and can see the 177 projects that are active and use it. I basically want to find a way to mass add the milestone tasks to the same task on all 177. I can derive, say, all 177 INITIATION parent tasks easily. But when I go to mass edit, the Milestone Step is not available. Am I doing this backwards? Is this actually impossible to do other than 1-1? Any help would be great.

For some reason I can't figure this out. We had an WF Admin create multiple calendars for our teams.This person has now left the business. And everyone is receiving this error now: "This calendar has the view rights of a deactivated user. Please have an admin fix the calendar privileges." I can't figure out how to change the view rights.... 

Recently we upgraded from 9032 to 9187.  Before the upgrade we could successfully make a soapUI call tohttps://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/nl/jsp/soaprouter.jsp but after the upgrade we get XSV-350012 Invalid login or password. Connection denied.  

I have been using the UTF 8 code hack to get emojis to show up in my email subject lines while using Marketo Engage. However, there have been cases where the code just will not work. Has anyone noticed that when Marketo flags your subject line as "Your subject line may be too long" the code stops working? If I paste the code in a blank subject line then it renders the emoji on a test, but when I add in a "too long" subject line the code will appear in the email versus the emoji itself. 

I want to create a report of all our Work License users to show how many tasks were assigned to each person last year. When I create this report, it will only count the tasks that were ONLY assigned to that person, but I want it to include tasks that may be assigned to multiple people. For instance, one user shows only 1 task on the graph, but they were assigned to hundreds of tasks with other users. I want to be able to see the total assigned tasks in the graph view. Is this something super simple I'm missing? Thanks!

So, earlier today someone with admin rights inadvertently changed some of our email notifications settings under Setup (rather than making the changes on their user profile).I just compared the current settings in Production to those in our Sandbox Preview and adjusted what was mistakenly changed.  Is there a way to create a report or export a list of these settings?  I'm pretty sure I caught all the changes, but my inner paranoiac would prefer to use a spreadsheet to compare.Thanks.

Hi all, is there a way to reject a form submission live (at the time of submission) if the email address already exists in our database? Or is there a way to stop a record from updating on the submission if the record has pre-existing values within certain fields? Thank you!

Hello, I am in the Readiness All Up Gallery - Asset Galleries Reporting and the it is not showing me any accurate data for January 2024, it is just showing me 0 for "All Delocalized Page URL" for any asset I input? Can you help me fit this or identify what the problem might be?

When I update the name of an experience in Target after it has been running for a few days (ie: "Red to Green Button Test Jan 2024" to "Red to Green Button Test Jan 5, 2024") - should that also update the reference in Analytics anywhere it's used workspace? I see it has changed when I search in the Target Activities Items - but it doesn't seem to update when I'm using it in a panel. Is this true? Is there a workaround or some setting I need to change.  My understanding it it should update.

Hi All,  I'm new to adobe analytics, so please bare with me. I was asked to conduct a site path analysis starting from the homepage, which is the landing page on our website. On this home page, there's a call-to-action button which is the "shop now" button. Based on my research, I've realized that i have to use a flow visualization to examine how users flow from our homepage into other pages on our website. I built 2 flow Viz but it didn't answer the question, I will attach my latest Viz. My question is, How do i go about building this, assuming i want my flow to capture all the visits that arrived for the month at the official homepage and how they navigate from there.-First screenshot shows the flow that i built which didn't answer the question.- Based on the second screenshot, out of 442k visits to the website 187k landed on the homepage, i want to see how users navigate from that homepage into the buyflow.@jennifer_dungan @leocwlau -Third screenshot, i tried to build

Hey all,  I'm new to AEM forms designer, so maybe this is a small oversight, but hopefully someone can help me out! I need to create running daily log form document. Each form takes up one page, and can flow into a second if need be, and 2 logs per day (AM/PM). I've got the basic form created, but my issue is figuring out how to make multiple pages of that same form within one document.  I have copied and pasted the form to separate pages in the meantime, however I keep running into issues.  So I have two questions really:  Question 1: is there a quicker/more direct way to duplicate a form to make a larger document than copying and pasting? I've tried figuring out a way to duplicate the pages in Acrobat but because it's an xml form this can't be done it seems.  Question 2: The biggest issues I've come across with my form is with a button adding new rows to a table.
