Adobe gives guidelines for setting Visitor Engagement Period and advises "minimizing" this period.They give suggestions stating if you sell things like socks, use 3 days or more expensive items like cars, use longer! My company is more of the sock world but we have the default 30 days. Any recommendations of what your orgs use for the period?

I'm trying to create a gant calendar view that shows my parent tasks with the child task under and grandchildren under them. Same way it shows on my main page.

Is there a "best practice" set up for the Cvent - Marketo integration? Basically, should the set up look a certain way? Is it static for everyone or are there unique attributes to consider? Basically, I am trying to figure out how to make sure that we are receiving the data from our Cvent national events without requiring a list import. Any suggestions?

Hi Team, The issue we are facing is google crawl is unable to index our site post login pages. Does anyone else faced this issue? I could not find anything concrete so far to fix this. Any pointers appreciatedWe have configured sitemap for our site. This contain all post logging in pages. Looks like when google is trying to crawl to post login pages, our dispatcher settings redirect to login page (since its a post login page), hence google never index the post login pages.

We are building out velocity scripts in excel and need to copy them into velocity script within Marketo. When copying from excel to marketo, we need to remap everything my dragging the fields for it to work. Is there a way to keep velocity script mapping/formatting when copying from another source?

Hello All,Client is using Ensighten TMS they already have adobe analytics implemented via it with data layer on pages.Now they want to implement the WEB SDK to get the unified view of the customer.so they want to integrate WEB SDK via Ensighten using the same data layer? Anyone knows how to do it ? is there a way to do it ?

I built a dialogue for Dynamic Chat and upon publishing, I receive this error: "Stream cannot have disconnected paths."Usually, when I receive this error, Dynamic Chat will highlight what path is causing the error, but this particular instance is not throwing me any visual aid. I have tested the flow via the built-in Dynamic Chat preview tool and it's working flawlessly. I've used the magic wand to organize my cards and I have double checked every single path in my dialogue (AFAIK!). I don't see any disconnected paths in my dynamic chat stream. Has anyone run into this problem? Is there something I am missing? 

Hey all,  I'm new to AEM forms designer, so maybe this is a small oversight, but hopefully someone can help me out! I need to create running daily log form document. Each form takes up one page, and can flow into a second if need be, and 2 logs per day (AM/PM). I've got the basic form created, but my issue is figuring out how to make multiple pages of that same form within one document.  I have copied and pasted the form to separate pages in the meantime, however I keep running into issues.  So I have two questions really:  Question 1: is there a quicker/more direct way to duplicate a form to make a larger document than copying and pasting? I've tried figuring out a way to duplicate the pages in Acrobat but because it's an xml form this can't be done it seems.  Question 2: The biggest issues I've come across with my form is with a button adding new rows to a table. As per AEP, user is eligible for created Audiences and was able to confirm the profile and its audience membership. This issue is happening only for few users. Team, Wanted to check that Marketo support deep links login with Azure SAML Single Sign On process. Is there any separate configuration need to be be done? Example: if any one clicks through design studio, marketing activities or admin pages (https://engage-ab.marketo.com/?munchkinId=********/classic/AD0A1 ) directly rather than going through main login page. Will the SSO implementation support deep links? Currently, if I paste any direct deep links to login, I'm seeing pop up link to the login page WITHOUT SSO integration.  Regards,Royston

Hello community, We are working on developing output templates and would like to get feedback and hopefully some documentation from this community about why we should consider using either Native PDF or DITA-OT frameworks for PDF generation.  I have not found many non-Adobe references that highlights the benefits of one method versus the other. Hey all, We are using a custom action in a journey, which hits a proxy api to generate a token and inject it as an authentication header for subsequent calls. We are setting the cacheDuration in the authentication payload to 1 hour so that the token in response gets stored in the cache and it is good for an hour for the next call to the API. Is there any way that we can test the caching or the fact that the token generated is being used for the next calls for an hour and then a new token is generated?

I have a client who would like to send mobile app data (custom analytics events & dimensions) to AEP via XDM and then on to Adobe Analytics using a custom schema rather than using predefined Adobe Analytics field groups. In addition, the client doesn't want to use processing rules as an alternative way to format custom XDM data in AEP and then send to AA.  Is there any other way to send analytics events and dimensions to a custom schema and then on to AA without using an analytics schema or processing rules for formatting? Thanks

Currently, we are contemplating, if we want to migrate to adobe AEP & CJA. Is it something you guys recommend? If yes, then what is the best practise or way to go about migration and if we can get some help from adobe consultant as well?

Hi, In Launch, we have a single page load rule setup to count conversion events in both Adobe and DCM.When comparing Adobe Analytics data against the DCM click-based counts, we're seeing a delta of ~15%.  *Additional details:Adobe counts are higher than DCM countsLaunch Rule Details:Event type = `Core - Window Loaded`Condition set for data layer page name valueActions: Adobe (set/send/clear) is set first followed by the DCM tagI know this is within the "expected range" but I'd like to reduce this discrepancy if possible. Question: does anyone have recommended methods for reducing deltas across Adobe and Google (DCM) systems? (P.S.
