Hi, I was experiencing an issue getting everything to work, and it was only resolved after addingMobileCore.updateConfiguration({ 'messaging.useSandbox': true }).However, after submitting my app to TestFlight with this value set to true, I started receiving a Provider Error when sending push notifications to the audience.My question is: If I set this variable to false, will push notifications work correctly in the TestFlight build?

I have a email delivery that is showing as sent in logs for an email address, I also checked in profile and see a sent event for that DM associated with that same email.when I checked delivery summary report and use the correct date filter, it shows the sent count as zero. can someone please help.

While debugging updates to a mobile app, we can see the context data being sent properly and, in Assurance, the data being bucketed properly in the post-processed data section. However, the data is not being passed into Adobe Analytics. I have checked processing rules and everything looks ok. I've also tried adding in test evar and event and in Assurance they are populated, but not in Analytics. Another twist is I could see someone completed the same flow and the data from their session was passed into analytics. I can't seem to find any rhyme or reason to this.

Has anyone created a Fusion scenario to use salesforce stage change to create workfront project that automatically enters in the start and stop dates based on the products added to the opportunity?

I just wanted to check was anyone able to establish Server to Server auth between Fusion and Workfront? Thank you in advance.

I’m aware that the Marketo SOAP API is due to be deprecated on January 31st, but I’ve noticed in this release notes article that it says March 31st. That date hasn’t been updated anywhere else (as it was when the date changed from October to January) so does anyone know if that’s a mistake in the release notes or whether the date has actually changed?

. I’d like to report on how many revenue-generating hours we spend vs non-revenue hours. For most hour types, I can change them from “count as revenue” or not. However, one that gets used a fair bit, is “General Overhead” which is set to “counts as revenue” (unintuitively, if you ask me) and I can’t change that one. Our users are posting non-revenue time to it and I’d rather change the setting than change their behavior, since I agree with them, General Overhead doesn’t sound like billable work.

I have been testing out conditional content within our transactional message in V8 however I can't seem to get it to work when there is a 'Null' condition present. The piece of Javascript I am using is: <% if (ctx.@Variable_Name != '') { %>show HTML content<% } else { %>show other HTML content<% } %> When I use <% if (ctx.@Variable_Name != 'variable name') { %>show HTML content<% } else { %>show other HTML content<% } %>  it seems to work fine however when I change it to a blank input it fails again. What am I doing incorrectly in the transactional message HTML editor compared to the normal delivery HTML editor as the same piece of code works there (obviously changing the variable name to be targetData rather than ctx)

EXPECTED RESULTA new project OOTB that has Content Fragments enabled would allow an admin user to create language copies for Sites and Assets ,and create language copy of assets using the DAM Language Copy workflow would work by default. A custom translation project should not have to be created, nor should translation automation be required for assets. ISSUEI have created a new project and noted that I am not able to see / access the create language copy button for assets.  Observe that the option is missing from the menu by default as shown in image.  User then attempted to use the OOTB workflow to create the language copy, and user encountered an error message (see below). Hello Community!We have been asked a lot recently and in the past to give exports of forms so we can review and collect feedback on fields. We have a report to get the fields from a form or multiple forms BUT have not been able to figure out ways to get it to populate in the same order as the forms.  There is just an ongoing annoyance that we cannot get an export into excel that is in the same order as the form itself. We then need to either just give a stakeholder the data dump and say “figure it out” which they are not always thrilled about, or we spend A LOT of time doing it manually. Is there ANYWAY to do this better? Fusion, text mode, etc.?

Hi all, I'm trying to run a report with the number of unique proofs approved that were authored by a creative team. So far I'm seeing multiple approvals of the same proof, and I'd like to eliminate multiple approvers and versions of the same proof document. The filters I'm currently using are for the team (proof owner ID), dates, and document version >> proof decision contains approved. Any suggestions would be immensely appreciated 🙂 Thank you! 

Does that include at.js or web sdk? Unfortunately sample questions are old and include lots of at.js ....

In AA projects can be accessed as long as you have the project ID to drop in the URL. This isn't the case with CJA. If a project is deleted, then it is completely inaccessible. Is there a workaround?

@jasonbarron, in the quarterly update meeting yesterday you mentioned the new approvals feature allows for any user added as a reviewer to see reviews waiting for them. Has this function been developed yet for proof? It would be extremely beneficial to be able to run a report on this to add to their dashboard.

Hi, Can you help understand the key difference between AJO Decision Management and Experience Decisioning  feature. It looks like using both you can manage offers. Is the Experience Decisioning only for Code based Experience?  

I have "Time off" and company holiday calendars created where my team can add their PTO and I can add company holidays.  I would like the workfront project tasks to "skip" over/blackout a PTO date for that employee that indicates a PTO date.  And also for tasks to "skip" over and account for company holidays.  This fuction seems to work for some of my team but not others.  Is there specific steps that I need to take to have this function reflected for everyone?  I was trying to locate some type of guide or tutorial on this subject, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.  Any guidance would be appreciated!  

I have a user who when receiving a request is able to convert the request to a template but not a blank project. What setting do I need to update for her to have access?

Hi, I’m hitting a wall with this one. I’m trying to use Fusion to add a comment (note) to a task. The Fusion scenario runs successfully, and I can even query the NOTE record type and see the entry there. But for some reason, the comment doesn’t show up in the Workfront UI- when I click into the task and go to the Updates tab, there’s nothing there. Any idea why that might be? I made sure to set isPrivate to false, but still no luck!
