Issue: Registered Workfront users cannot access proofs via shareable links. Steps to Reproduce: Copy link from "Get Shareable Link" within proof > Send to reviewer > Reviewer attempts to sign in. Error: “Your email or password is incorrect. Please try again.” Troubleshooting: Tested with multiple registered users; all are blocked by the same login error. How can I resolve this authentication loop?
Hi,A user created a project in 2024, when Workfront was adopted by our company, he received a notification these days on the email that a task is due on this project, by accessing the link on the email, he is redirected to the task, but cannot do any changes. As a system admin, I only can visualize the project by accessing the link he received, so the project doesn’t exist in the list of projects.I was able to close the task for the user, but cannot:close the project, when I try to change the status to Completed - I receive the error : “Cannot modify personal project” cannot delete the project - in the 3 dots beside the name I have only Edit, Recalculate Timeline, Export and Recalculate Finance the share button doesn’t work - when I try to click on it - I receive the error: “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'name')”Have you seen this type of behavior ? Any idea on how I can close it ? or even delete it ?thanks,Bianca
I need to export historical Proofing information from Workfront as a client transitions from a parent company’s version of Workfront to their own.Using an OAuth2 application configured in Workfront, I’m able to access the Workfront API to export project and document information from Workfront, but it appears that the Proofing information only lives within the embedded Proof HQ instance (please correct me if I’m wrong).Since this is not a standalone Workflow Proofing instance, but rather it’s integrated and accessed via Workfront, which uses IMS authentication, I cannot “log in” to the Proof HQ API using a user/password (I have no password in Proof HQ).As such, I’m attempting to authenticate with Proof HQ by calling the https://api.proofhq.com/home/authentication/getsessionid.html SOAP API, but can’t seem to get it to work. I’ve tried the following SOAP envelope:````<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/
I’m trying to create two external lookup fields that are using the Workfront Planning api to pull data from Planning. I’ve created my first lookup fine and its pulling my Planning fieldId with the records I want to show users. The fieldId output from this first field will drive what records a user sees in the second external field. The Workfront Planning api uses JSON for filtering, which is curly brackets, and the dependency field needs curly brackets around the field you need the dependent output from. What’s happening is when I try to build the filtering for the 2nd external field to use the output I need, it needs to be written in JSON so the dependency field is put everything in curly bracket if that dependency field, which obviously is not working. Has anyone worked with Planning api within an external field to get a dependency, coming from another Planning field to work? Any insight, ideas, or thoughts would be appreciated.
Looking for the syntax to have and event subscription that triggers when a custom filed on a custom form or a project is changed. I’ve tired nested, colon and dot notations, and the subscription get created but the field does not trigger it.
Is there a way, maybe based on Routing Rules, Topic Groups, Queue Topics, or something else I’m not considering to either trigger logic inside the request form or skip sections of the request form?We utilize one master project request queue that routes to a master request form for our entire company. There was reasoning and strategy behind this, but the ultimate result is a form that asks a large amount of qualifying questions before you are routed to the specific section you’re trying to complete. I’m hoping there’s a way to bypass some of the preliminary routing steps if the projects are intended for my team or possibly my queue topic.I’m not exactly a power user of Workfront so I apologize in advance for asking questions that may have an obvious answer, I’ve tried my best to research on my own.
We have a situation where we have created a new view in Projects’ documents to show (100s of) documents and proofs on projects. However, the ‘version’ column always shows documents at v1 but when a proof is created and is techinically a v1 proof, it shows v2 in the column and is very misleading.I have looked at many ways to work around this using text mode but everythings draws up a blank column.Has anyone else come across this and found a solution? Thanks!
As above .. workfront has taken 20 mins to create a proof and still hasn’t done it. How do you cancel the job and start again?
Hi! We are exploring exporting Workfront data through Snowflake and into PowerBI. It pains me what we have to do this. I would love there to be more functionality with Workfront reporting, especially to show trends over years. I find PowerBI not overly intuitive either. Will more reporting functionality exist within Workfront? How else are people creatively showing data?
According to the official documentation, for B2C implementations, the Schema Editor UI only allows configuring one-to-one relationships between schemas:Define a Relationship Between Two Schemas Using the Schema Editor | Adobe Experience PlatformI would like to clarify the following: Is it possible to define one-to-many or many-to-many relationships between XDM schemas using the Schema Registry API? If this is not supported (neither via UI nor API), what is the recommended modeling approach in AEP to represent these relationships? Denormalization into the primary schema? Use of lookup datasets? Use of ExperienceEvent schemas with references? Are there any limitations or implications for Real-Time Customer Profile or segmentation when modeling these types of relationships? Any guidance or best practices for handling one-to-many or many-to-many relationships in B2C AEP implementations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Hi Everyone, If a single person uses your Mobile Browser, Laptop, Android app, and iPad, they look like four different people in your data. This makes your "Unique Visitors" count too high and your customer journey look broken. Here is how CJA Identity Stitching fixes this using a "Common ID."The Problem: Unique IDs on every deviceEvery digital platform creates a unique ECID (device ID). Without a "bridge," Adobe treats every ECID as a different person.Mobile Browser: Browses anonymously (ECID-123). No login. Laptop: Visits (ECID-345) and logs in as alex@email.com. Android App: Opens app (ECID-777) and logs in as alex@email.com. iPad: Visits (ECID-444) and logs in as alex@email.com. The Solution: The "Common ID" RuleQuestion: How the numbers change: Adobe Analytics vs. CJA ?Answer- Imagine Alex performs 5 total actions across those three logged-in devices. Notice how the "Visitor" count drops in CJA to reflect the real human count. The LessonStitching doesn't "lose" data—it cleans it.
I am trying to solve a particular use case whereby I use a custom wait activity to determine how long to wait before a customer is sent communications. This custom wait activity needs to based on the customer’s Australian time zone. Importantly we do not have time zone preference details enabled in AEP/AJO because we do not have this source data. We might in the future. Therefore I am trying to determine if we can use the advanced expression editor to write the necessary logic within the journey to determine the customer’s wait time. GOAL: if time of event is X-time or later local time pass through the condition and send email/SMS, else wait Z-mins until it is X-time customer local time before continuing onto the next journey node. I want this to automatically calculate/adjust for daylight savings instead of manually updating wait times whenever daylight savings changes. For example if the goal is to send comms at 12pm noon, this means if the customer is in WA (Western Australia [Pert
Has anyone tried to create a dashboard that displays project level information that can then be added to the project itself in the sidebar? I have some designers asking for a more visual way to represent project data that would be accessible at a glance on their actual project.Thinking if it IS possible, it could be done with wildcards, but struggling to figure out how to reference the data on the project the dashboard is actually attached to.If this is not possible, what are some creative ways you all have tackled this?

With LDAP planned for retirement in 2026, what are the recommended alternatives for LDAP-based authentication in AEM? Ideally looking for options that are supported across both AEM On‑Premise and AEM as a Cloud Service.
If I am establishing a business rule in EST timezone, and if the journey is running continuously for a year - will Adobe automatically accomodate for DST changes or will the daylight-saving timing change need to be done by the developers manually? Please confirm the same.
I wanted to understand whether this is advisable for PII data to be stored within AEM, and what the recommended best practices are. Some of the questions we’re exploring:Is it recommended to store PII in AEMaaCS, even in encrypted form? How does Adobe protect sensitive data at rest and in transit within AEMaaCS? Are there any Adobe guidelines on handling PII in JCR repositories? How is it protected from any external attack threats? Can we implement custom encryption (e.g., using an OSGi service) before storing data? Are there recommended alternatives, such as storing the PII in a secured backend system instead of AEM?Would appreciate insights from Adobe experts and the community on the right architectural approach for handling PII securely in AEMaaCS.
Team,Due to front end issue(uncovered via CXM tool), for a few of our customers, just the order screen payload wasn’t dispatched, but it was success per back end system records. So, Adobe Analytics has scAdd,scView,scCheckout, custom event(billing info & order review), just s.purchase missing. Given s.Purchase missing no s.TransactionID too, and data source option is ruled out. Now, I have those ECID & customer ID(evarX) for very sessions, via Bulk Data insertion API, can I do one ingestion for all those? and will I be able to normal report as if payloads came from browser or there any considerations to be aware of? Pls advise@Jennifer_Dungan @amitvishvakarma @VishalKa5 @NicholeVargas @Darshil_Shah1 I see you have been very active lately, I’d really appreciate if you could look into this thread when possible. Thanks
In our marketing channel set up we saw a spike in traffic coming into our Direct Channel. In the marketing channel detail it is all going into None, where the rule is set to show what page it is on. We have no changed anything on our end and am wondering why this is happening. We have had this rule running for years and now we are facing this issue.
Currently I am working in creating some dashboards in Adobe Analytics for a mobile app and realized that I needed data like ‘First Launch’ and ‘Upgrades’, which are provided if I enable “App Reporting” in the report suite. Before doing this I want to know if there are any impact on performance, memory, or anything of the sort. I can’t find any documentation on why this is disabled or impacts of enabling this setting.
Hi Team, Can anyone please let me know who creates/owns the mail boxes for From and Error email addresses in AJO Channel surface config when the subdomain for this channel surface is CNAME delegated instead of full delegation ? @SatheeskannaK
I am having an issue where I have users assigned to tasks however their hours are showing zero. This changed when I updated the task assignments to be their job role names instead of their actual user name because I am working with 300+ projects and want to resource level. Any insight into why their hours might be showing zero if they're assigned to a task with hours? Also note that each of the project tasks are set to start and end during work hours.
Hi All, Is it possible to push the CSV file from workfront to Adobe campaign classic folder using workfront fusion? Thanks in Advance!
Hi Experts, In my form on the last page (so in my example 3 pages) it will never print the form title and order number. The following script is in place to determine of there are more pages: Form.frmHiddenGlobalFields.txtFormTitle::ready:layout - (FormCalc, client)// Set the form title as the combination of title and document ID, separated by colon //First Page (always available)if (HasValue(txtChangedDocument.rawValue) == 0)then xfa.resolveNode(Concat("#pageSet[0].mst1.FirstPage.frmHeader.txtTitle")) = Form.frmHiddenStaticTexts.lblSalesOrder.rawValue// xfa.resolveNode("#pageSet[0].mst1.FirstPage.frmHeader.txtTitle") = Concat(Form.frmHiddenStaticTexts.lblSalesOrder.rawValue, ": ", Form.frmHiddenGlobalFields.txtDocumentID.rawValue)else xfa.resolveNode(Concat("#pageSet[0].mst1.FirstPage.frmHeader.txtTitle")) = Concat(Form.frmHiddenStaticTexts.lblChangeToSalesOrder.rawValue, "\u000d", Form.frmHiddenStaticTexts.lblSalesOrder.rawValue)// xfa.resolveNode("#pageSet[0].mst1.FirstPage.frm
Is there a way to define a timeout for a ITAS/CTAS query? Out of the box timeout is 24 hours but I’d like to limit that to 5 hours, preferably on query level? Cheer,Mauri
