Business Rules Confirguration with Daylight Savings Timing

If I am establishing a business rule in EST timezone, and if the journey is running continuously for a year - will Adobe automatically accomodate for DST changes or will the daylight-saving timing change need to be done by the developers manually? Please confirm the same.

Use America/New_York or EST5EDT when setting journey time zone. They switch automatically.

Hi. I used this timezone. It shows the time as well with it i.e, -4:00
Will it automatically switch to -5:00 once the daylight saving timing is over.
