Hi Team, We have one Dataset in AEP ‘Webevent ” which doesn’t have any Primary Identifier and data is pushed using Identitymap.Another Dataset “Online Transaction” has the hashedEmail as the Primary IdentifierThere is another dataset “Customer Profile”, This dataset has hashedEmail as the Primary Identifier .This dataset is not merging with “Webevent” and Online Transaction”dataset in CJA dataview. We can see the fields of “Webevent” and Online Transaction”datasets are merging in CJA and showing up as one dimension however ““Customer Profile” fields are not merging with Webevent” and Online Transaction”datasetsWhen I see field I mean , lets say “userId” field is present in above all 3 datasets and have same schema field path in all 3 datasets.userId from “Webevent” and Online Transaction”datasets are merging in CJA dataview and we can see it in CJA also. It is showing a single dimesion but dataset source is both "Webevent" and "Online Transaction"However a new component 69459540021cba3a
I am working on a server-side implementation of Adobe Target using the AEP Edge Network API and have a question around ECID capture on a user’s very first interaction. How does the ECID get generated and returned on the very first load in this setup?I’d appreciate clarification or references to official documentation or best practices for first-time identity establishment when using Adobe Target server-side with AEP Edge API.Thanks!
We’ve set up a Kanban board in Workfront that pulls in specific projects and tasks associated to a team. We’re running into two major issues during testing:Cards cannot be manually moved across columns/stages on the Kanban board as expected. Some cards can be moved manually though! Cards occasionally disappear entirely from the board (and become unsearchable), particularly after changing settings related to task completion behavior.More context:While testing, switching between manual vs. automatic task completion appeared to cause tasks to move off the board. In some cases, a page refresh or re‑indenting tasks caused the cards to reappear, but not consistently. Completing or moving certain tasks seems to trigger removal from the board, even when they should still qualify based on the board’s filters/settings.Questions:How can cards be manually moved between the Kanban columns in Workfront? How does task completion status (manual vs. automatic) impact card visibility on the Kanban boar
I want to set up an alert for our Customers metric, which gets updated in AA table every day after 14 pm.The anomaly alerts that I set up are sent at 00.00 which is way earlier than the Customers table is updated. Is there a way to set up the alert to be sent after 14.00 instead of at 00.00?
When an image in DAM is moved from folder 1 to folder 2, we see that the content pages with references to the images are updated but the content fragments are not updated. Is there a way to make sure that anytime an image is moved, the references of the image in Content Fragments are also updated? I am using AEMaaCS. Thanks, David.

I am in the process of migrating a transactional campaign from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) as an API-triggered transactional campaign. In SFMC, I can easily access all the JSON files used to trigger emails to customers via data extensions. These JSON files allow me to verify which customer received specific communications and cross-check the data in case of discrepancies. Additionally, I can conveniently filter profiles or emails based on order numbers to locate the corresponding JSON file used to trigger the email. However, in AJO, the data received via an API for a transactional campaign is not stored. How can I verify and identify which customer received specific information in this scenario?
When looking at the flow Viz I know it shows number of path views for the previous/ next pages. But is there a way to switch it so that it displays the percentage? I know I can see the percentages if i hover over them but Id like to be able to export it so that the percentages are visible
We have plenty of PDF on our website that Google has indexed. Since they don't require a password to be viewed, the visitors can view them after clicking on the Google results. If that's the only thing they do, we can't see any data on Adobe Analytics. We are aware that having a landing page would make things much easier but, is there anyway to track these PDF views? Thanks a lot.
Hello Community,Do we have any solution in Adobe Analytics or Launch where we can pass on the UTM paramters from one page to anaother without losing the data e.g.;Page A: www.example01.com?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=campaign01Page B: https://www.example02.comWant to pass the UTMs in Page A to Page B when someone clicks on PageB (which is a link within my Landing Page A)Thanks!
We have an account with Oktopost and have multiple partitions. Oktopost recommends using the partition rules to push the data to the appropriate place, but the field required to do that for us is not a field accessible by the partition rules. Does anyone else have this issue or a work around besides going to SFDC or the CRM and adjust the location by that tool?
I am implementing Adobe Target Recommendations via AEP Web SDK and Launch. While the network calls appear to be firing correctly with the necessary entity attributes, the Target Recommendations Catalog has not updated with these product details, even after waiting 24+ hours.Implementation:I am using a "Send Event" action within a Launch rule. Because my data layer is fully populated later in the page load, I have mapped the entity attributes to the "Web Webpagedetails Page Views" event type.Current Rule Configuration (See attached images): Extension: Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK Action Type: Send Event XDM: %XDM Payload: All Page Views% Data: %adobe-target-parameters [xdm]% (This is where my __adobe.target entity data is mapped). The Payload:In the browser network tab (interact call), the payload looks correct: events[0].data.__adobe.target.entity.id is present. entity.name, entity.value, and entity.pageUrl are all populating with the expected strings/numbers. The Sequ
We are in process of migrating to new RHEL servers for our AEM Author on Dev.We had SAML configured on the Dev Author server which used load balancer url to login. The ACS url is also configured on this F5 url. This setup works fine. Now, we have diverted the traffic from this F5 to the new Dev Author, copied all the SAML configs as-is. Added +/Sites.html in Sling Authentication. However, when we attempt to login, it takes us to SSO, after successful login, it does not redirect to /sites.html and stays on the ping federate page.

Hi Community,I am facing an issue with an Action Campaign in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for sending push notifications related to custom announcements.Scenario I created an Action Campaign for push notifications. Triggering rules have been configured. The audience is batch evaluated. The campaign activates successfully. However, after activation: Only a few users actually receive the push notification. In the campaign report, I can see that Targeted and Sent counts are almost the same. But a large number of profiles are showing as Bounced. One of the error reasons I see is: PushNoMessageFoundForDecisionPath Note: This is currently being tested in a Dev environment. The mobile app currently has only around 20–30 active users. Users may or may not have granted push notification permissions. Push notifications from Journeys using the same audience seem to work. Questions What exactly does the error PushNoMessageFoundForDecisionPath mean in the context of AJO push campaigns
Hi All,Quick question - is it possible to create an email template in Marketo as one single module with multiple editable components within (like header, CTA, text….) so that when I duplicate it everything will be duplicated.Your thoughts please!!Thanks!
I have a situation where i need to make an AEM author post call from my OSGI Service, now we need some authentication to make this call , i tried with basic auth and it works absolutely fine. But i am looking for more secure option like by using bearer token and upon researching i found out we can use OAuth since JWT is deprecated. But after setting up OAuth i am getting 403 Forbidden from my api call response, earlier i used to get 401 unauthorized. Can someone suggest what should be the ideal setup for making AEM API calls using OAuth, it seems i have set it up incorrectly.
We have a lot of websites implemented with web SDK tagging . Each websites has their own Tag properties, managed Libraries and Environments. There is an issue which frequently occurs as the FE team incorrectly updates the launch script in individual websites. And it is difficult to manually inspect all the websites on daily basis and see if those are having the correct launch scripts. Is there a proven/simple way to automate this with some tools and check on daily basis that all the websites has the expected launch script present? and also send an alert if an incorrect launch script is injected in a website? Please advise.
Hello We’re doing more global, cross‑regional projects, and as we’re not fully set up for global resourcing yet, we;re having challenges with schedules and task timings I’m also keen to understand best practice for setting up resource pools when working across multiple regions and time zones. If you’re managing global projects and resources in Workfront I’d love to hear what works for you
Does anyone have a checklist of the things we need to address before an Admin is deactivated to prevent any disruption? I know calendars will go away with their owners, an reports that run as the user, but is there anything else I may be forgetting. Also, will it effect Fusion scenarios in any way?
Has anyone successfully connected Workfront with Aprimo DAM using Fusion? Our use case is to upload final files from Workfront in the DAM, but we’re running into issues - especially files over 20MB. Would love to pick your brain if you’ve successfully done this integration!
Hi all!Has anyone had the time yet to play around with the Adobe Analytics MCP servers (beta)? created a new AA product profile with “MCP Access” permission, (actually for testing purposes added all permissions) assigned it to my API project in developer.adobe.com what I noticed there is that there does not seem to be a dedicated MCP-scope available, just as a side note, I only see “openid, AdobeID, additional_info.projectedProductContext” My MCP calls are failing with this error:(UPSTREAM_ERROR | HTTP 502 | {"method":"POST","error":"Proxy error","message":"401 Unauthorized: [no body]","targetUrl":"https://appservice-aamcpserver-prod.ethos11-prod-or1.ethos.adobe.net/mcp","timestamp":1777355456263})Now I'm wondering whether I need some additional provisioning from the Adobe side to access the MCP servers in the first place? Let me know what you think
While debugging updates to a mobile app, we can see the context data being sent properly and, in Assurance, the data being bucketed properly in the post-processed data section. However, the data is not being passed into Adobe Analytics. I have checked processing rules and everything looks ok. I've also tried adding in test evar and event and in Assurance they are populated, but not in Analytics. Another twist is I could see someone completed the same flow and the data from their session was passed into analytics. I can't seem to find any rhyme or reason to this.
Greetings.I have a website that will have two different players on its main page. They are both being tracked with Adobe Analytics and both call upon the MediaSDK, providing a mediaConfig object with the tracking server, channel, appVersion, etc. However, the two different players have different playerName values in their mediaConfig objects. Because only one player loads first, the configuration including the playerName is set for the entire page. Configuring the SDK with the second player’s values returns an error from MediaSDK saying that it’s already been configured. So any and all analytics for both players are only being housed under the first video’s analytics values. Is there a way to set up a second MediaSDK instance or otherwise edit/reset the configuration if the second video player is active?
For companies who are Microsoft Teams users instead of Slack, having an integration to Teams would be extremely helpful to notify sales agents of incoming live chats.
