Hi, I’ve downloaded this confidence calculator and I was wondering what percentage do I need in the column “Confidence that Offer is different from Offer A” to say that the offers are different?  

Would like some clarification regarding the behavior of Custom Actions in Adobe Journey Optimizer, specifically around retry mechanisms and how profiles are handled when they enter timeout or error paths.We are running a journey where profiles execute a Custom Action, and some profiles are being routed to the timeout/error branch due to execution failures. To better understand the platform behavior and plan our design appropriately, we have the following questions: Retry Mechanism • Does AJO perform any automatic retries for Custom Action executions in case of transient failures (for example network issues, service unavailability, or throttling responses)? • If retries are performed, what is the general retry strategy and is there any configurability available? Hi I wanted to ask if there's a way to create an exclusion list of users in the CDP who are not activated to any available destinations. I know that I could create an exclusion list audience and apply a "not in this audience" rule for all audiences I create. But I just wanted to know if there's a better way to do that. I've seen that I can apply usage policies to audiences to prevent them from being exported. However, if the users from the labeled audience belong to another segment, nothing is going to prevent them from being exported to any destination. For this case, it would be more about excluding a group of users from being exported to any destination. ThanksRenato

Hi Team,I wanted to confirm the best approach for sharing audience counts with stakeholders before an email launch.Our subscription lists contain multiple contacts with the same email address. While Marketo automatically handles duplicates at the time of send, we want to report the accurate unique email count in advance. For example, if a list has 50,000 records and 2,500 duplicate email addresses, the actual send count would be 47,500.Currently, I’m exporting the list and removing duplicates manually in Excel, but I’m looking for a way to get the unique email count directly within Marketo. I tried using the “Duplicate Fields by Email Address” filter, but it returns all records associated with duplicates, not the net duplicate count.Could you please suggest the most efficient way to get the unique email count in Marketo with minimal manual effort?Thanks,Akshat  

Hi Community,  I have questions for the adaptive form,  We have use case where we need to add the pagination for the adaptive form, is there any way we can achieve this? I haven’t seen such a business need in my previous role.  As adaptive forms consider as SPA it’s very uncommon, Also, can we bind the logic on adaptive form to achieve exact analytics data?  Best, Pathik

Hi all,  Has anyone experienced difficulties bringing non federated IDs, or IDs that are federated under a different organisation, into their admin console?We manage Workfront within our own admin console, but our parent company federates email addresses at the enterprise level. We now need to onboard additional users from a smaller company that also sits within our organisation, whose email addresses are not yet federated, and we are unsure what challenges this might create when trying to add them to our console.

Hello Experience League Community,  I’m working on configuring Adobe Analytics in AEM Sites and have successfully set up page view tracking using the guidance from this documentation:  [Collect Data for Analytics in AEM Sites](https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/sites/integrations/analytics/collect-data-analytics)  Now, we also need to ensure that page view events are only triggered after the user has given consent via OneTrust.  My question is:  - What changes do I need to make to the existing rule configuration so that the page view event fires only after consent is granted?  - Should the page view rule be modified to listen for OneTrust’s consent event before triggering the Analytics beacon?  - Are there best practices or recommended approaches for integrating OneTrust consent with Adobe Analytics page view tracking in AEM?  Any guidance, examples, or references would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!   

Seems to be a bug where while holding CTRL on your keyboard you would be able to duplicate/copy a metric/dimension/segment in a freeform table, but now it just says ‘move’ and does not duplicate whatever you’re moving.

My company resides in the U.S., however, we are headquartered in Japan. Both regions currently share one Marketo instance. I just created my first email in Marketo and while everything looked fine in the Preview, when I sent a sample email to myself, there seems to be a global footer (in Japanese) that appeared.  Again, this footer is not in the Preview area of the email nor anywhere while I was creating it. Does our team in Japan need to remove it or is there a way for me to do so? Thanks!

any idea about what are the official hard limits and soft guardrails for nesting existing batch audiences within a single segment definition in AEP?Since Batch Decisioning jobs are limited to processing one audience at a time, it is natural to try nesting 30+ segments into a single "master audience" to get everything done in one run ?

Hello, I have been working on a XFA Form I created using AEM Form Designer. The form is used to intake customers who come to our service center for computer repairs. It has 2 pages the first is for the customer and the second is for the technician and has the computer info, ticket number, and customer info that was inputted on first page. The customer can drop off up to 5 different computers per form. I originally built out a script using AcroForms which allowed me to print the customer page once and the technician page for the # of computers inputted on the form based on serial numbers with their respective fields being Serial1 through Serial5. The code below added the last page multiple times depending on if their were multiple serial numbers on the intake forms. This worked as intended without issues. Hello!I’ve hit a brick wall with something and hoping someone can help.I have a component that has a drag and drop container. The container’s resource super type is core/wcm/components/container/v1/containerI want to restrict the components that can be dragged onto this container to a sub set of those allowed on the page, but can’t find a way to do that. Note: This component is not fixed to a template. It is optional on the page and is itself dragged onto a page container at author time.Given it is not part of the template, I can’t use the template editor to set a policy to restrict components (that I can see). Essentially I’m stuck will allowing the set of components defined at page template level.Is there a way to achieve this in Touch UI projects?I recall this was easy in Classic UI projects, but not so much with Touch UI and editable templates.Any help would be appreciated (Generative AI is no help - constantly hallucinating)

I recently integrated Adobe App Builder with Adobe Commerce using the starter kit. I added some extra attributes—such as middlename, dob, and addresses—in the scripts/commerce-event-subscribe.json file. All attributes work correctly except addresses.In the Adobe App Builder console, the addresses field either shows as an empty array ([]) or fails to receive any data from Magento.Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?
