Business requirement is to use direct domain to send out transactional emails from Adobe Campaign V8. In Control Panel, it throwing a warning says its Apex domain and sub-domain should use.

Adobe Campaign V8 generally expects a dedicated subdomain for transactional email sending rather than the apex/root domain. Create a subdomain (such as email.yourdomain.com) and configure the required DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, tracking) through the Control Panel.

Using the apex domain may trigger warnings because it can impact email reputation and DNS management. If the business must use the root domain, confirm with Adobe Support whether your setup is supported or requires an exception.

Thanks for the input! We did check with Adobe Team and they said Control panel is not designed to accept apex domain config and need to config sub-domains only.
