Hi, I’m configuring a Custom SMS provider in AJO and I need to authenticate using Basic Authentication (username + password → Authorization: Basic base64(user:password)).However, in the available authentication options I only see API Key, OAuth, JWT, and MAC.Is Basic Authentication supported for Custom SMS providers, or is it not available in this configuration?Thanks!

A product capability suggestion - In my case, I created a metrics of revenue with tax, which added 2 existing metrics of revenue and tax.  I then would like to create a segment of visits that meet a threshold of the calculated metrics.  Currently, Adobe Analytics cannot create segments using calculated metrics.   It will be useful if segments can use calculated metrics.

Hi everyone, I'm trying to build a semi-automated email builder using the REST API to populate our emails. We use the Email 2.0 editor and templates. Hi Everyone,I am encountering an issue when creating a background images section using the new drag-and-drop Email Editor. If I use the Drag-and-Drop option, the background image is not visible in Outlook clients. However, if I create it using custom HTML, everything works fine, but I cannot change the background image externally; there is no variable or option in the window. I have to modify it directly within the custom HTML, which is quite difficult for a non-technical person.Do we have any workaround for this?

Hi CJA Experience League🖐.  Having looked through related topics, I don’t think this question has been asked before. I’m new to CJA so any recommendations or solutions would be greatly appreciated. In AJO (don’t worry this will be a CJA q eventually!) I have a journey which splits profiles using a DOW condition.If DOW = Friday send profiles abandon browse email 1 template including SEED addresses, if any other DOW send template excluding SEED addresses.(long story short this is so we don’t eat up all our seed allowance a month)  I want to be alerted when these email templates stop working (they typically send 1.5K per day, so fewer than 50 emails delivered a day would be an issue), and I have tried to use CJA alerts for this solution.I built the below alert, which looks at the Abandon Browse email 1 exc seeds template (again this sends every day other than Fri), and checks if it’s delivering <= 50 each of those days. However as you can see below (arrow), the alert does not seem to

Hello!  I managed to create a report to count the number of R1-R7 parent tasks in a report. However, when I look at it more closely, the parent tasks are repeating! In the new approvals, I get emailed about everything - every approved/changes/needs work, when it is final decision, etc.  I can see all that in my notifications in WF and it is burying important emails.I can’t seem to find a place to turn it off - any one happen to know?

Hi, I need to find a way to show active projects per month (or ideally, every two weeks) for 2025 and start comparing it to this year. IE, how many projects were active in January 2025 vs January 2026. Not how many projects started or closed, but how many were still active. This seems like it should be an easy report to pull, but I have not been successful. This information is now required by our leadership, so the report is essential. Thanks in advance for any help and advice!

So, I have a scenario, We’ve more than 5000+ pdf and XDP to convert.we’re running on AEM on prem LTS.  Has anyone here done something similar? As this is going to be a lot of configurations, implementations and then migration. I need some guidance on how to achieve it. I am closely following documentation and seems like it should be easier process after the right configuration. Configure the Automated Forms Conversion service (AFCS) | Adobe Experience Manager I appreciate the help or any more documentation, if we have it. On our site we have the following :each evar below expires on visitcategory Level 1 page → evar1 is set on that pagecategory Level 2 page → evar1 and evar 2 are set on that pagecategory Level 3 page → evar1, evar2 and evar3 are set on that pagecategory Level 4 page→ evar 1, evar2, evar3 and evar4 are set on that pagecategory Level 5, up to 6 follow the same structure as aboveI want to see page views for category Level 3 pages only as well conversion rate for visits who have seen category Level 3 but not any of the other pages. i have tried building a hit segment with a container (hit) that includes evar3 exists and is set and within that same hit container, I added an exclude hit container(excludes evar 4, 5 and 6) but the data returned shows that my segment does not work. While I would expect to see only Level 3 pageNames in that segment , I am seeing all kinds of pages.What is the solution?  

Is it possible to create edge & streming audience definitions using segment API? Its not confirmed in the documentation ..

Sometime this week, Adobe CJA added text to my summary number visualizations, referencing the Dimension involved.  Sometimes, this reference.  Mostly it’s not - AND it shrinks the actual number displayed.  This can be fixed but I now have to do that fix to hundreds of dashboards.  I also can’t figure out how to turn it off/hide.  Anyone else notice this?

Hi Team,We currently have a process where an email is marked ineligible from Marketo after 5 soft bounces or a Category 2 hard bounce. However, we’re planning to use ZeroBounce to re-validate those email addresses after a defined period (for example, after several months of being ineligible).ZeroBounce provides results such as valid, invalid, and catch-all. We need a supported way to: Disable this preview rendition entirely (per program/folder), or Constrain it by file size/duration/resolution, or Mark individual assets/folders as “do not generate preview MP4”. Hi There, We have a requirement where several custom dropdown fields have been added to the metadata schema of our assets (DITA files). During the translation process, AEM currently picks up the dropdown key value (the stored value) instead of the display label. This key is then sent for translation and applied to the translated language copy. As a result, the translated copy fails to load the corresponding dropdown option correctly in its properties. Additionally, all dropdown labels and options remain in English after translation. We would like to explore whether there is an OOTB approach in AEM to automatically localize or translate these dropdown labels across language copies. Thanks,Ravi Joshi

Hello Team,When I am ingesting the data via HTTP API Source the data is getting ingested in dataset but not in profile store, however it was working fine earlier. Current Observations:When I check dataflow runs it show completed  But in the dataset I see two entries getting created for same record one with failed and other with success. The success records do not get ingested in Profile Store  Troubleshooting: I did following troubleshoot however no luck:Created a new HTTP API data flow as the earlier one was not working, the new worked well for the first time and next day it has stopped working I made sure that the dataset is profile enabled I validated the success dataset batch records via query services and they are appearing fine in the dataset however not reflecting in profile store I made sure the payload has all the mandatory fields such as primary and secondary keysCould anyone confirm how to fix this, this would be a help.Thanks in advance! Regards,Mustufa
