I noticed that capping is not counter properly in Offer Decisioning. Which schema is responsible for that:1. ajo_inbound_activity_event_dataset2. ODE DecisionEventsDoes the event that the offer is displyed and clicked in Mobile SDK is generated automatically or manually? In order for the capping to work I need to include of these two datasets include in Datastreams (that is what Adobe support advised). However these two schemas has different structure then that specific for Mobile SDK?
I’m trying to set up a user on the publish instance to use as the author replication/transport user. It looks like jcr:read, rep:write, jcr:versionManagement on say /content generally work well for replication. However, if the page has Closed User Groups configured, I am running into the following error on the publish instance during replication:11.08.2026 18:21:57.678 *ERROR* [127.0.0.1 [1786486917674] POST /bin/receive HTTP/1.1] com.day.cq.replication.impl.servlets.ReplicationServlet Error during replication: The tree for /content/wknd/us/en/adventures/riverside-camping-australia/jcr:content does not existjava.lang.IllegalStateException: The tree for /content/wknd/us/en/adventures/riverside-camping-australia/jcr:content does not exist at org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.core.MutableTree.beforeWrite(MutableTree.java:354) [org.apache.jackrabbit.oak-core:1.88.0] at org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.core.MutableTree.setProperty(MutableTree.java:237) [org.apache.jackrabbit.oak-core:1.88.0] at
Description - The limitation of 2,000 returns on the external look up field prevents us from being able to use master data for client names in WorkfrontWhy is this feature important to you - Using an external look up field to allow users to choose from a golden record for our client names would provide more robust reports in Workfront. How would you like the feature to work - We would like Adobe to increase this threshold as 2,000 returns is very limiting. A query search allowing more options would support our use of golden records for robust filtering.Current Behaviour - the look up field returns the first 2,000 lines only and ignores anything after that. Our master data platform can return up over 16,000 records in 1.8 seconds but they cannot be accessed beyond the first 2,000.
When a specific report is loaded as a part of the dashboard it has different sorting compared to when i access the report directly. In particular, when loaded from dashboard, sorting by priority, descending creates this order: urgent, normal, low, high. When i click on the report from the dashboard, and just the single report loads i get the expected order: urgent, high, normal, low.i have tried removing report from dashboard, then adding again, creating a copy of the report, multiple report edits…Not sure why the display on the dashboard view is different. Thanks for the help.

Integration with Microsoft Word and Workfront. We would like to have tracked changes inside of WF or to have the ability to edit documents within the proofing tool.
Dear Community,As a part of our DOI process, one of the triggers for ‘DOI Confirmation’ Smart campaign is ‘Email Click’ behaviour.Configured business flow is;customers fills a form on the website, receives a DOI confirmation Email, clicks the confirmation button, redirected to the Confirmation Landing Page, receives the target Email content based on the form fulfilment. In Marketo, either of the following triggers the execution of the DOI confirmation;Email Click () Fills out Form (on the DOI Confirmation LP) Web Page Visit (DOI Confirmation LP with PURL)This process works as expected for most of our customers, which means that Marketo can track and receive the Email Click behaviour. Whenever the required trigger is recorded, the corresponding smart campaign starts correctly, the DOI confirmation is documented, and the Marketing Suspended flag is removed. This process is up and running for about many years now. We have testedby deleting all the cookies in the test users’ browser and als
If you have just gotten access to Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker, one of the first questions is usually: where do I start? Rather than trying to come up with the perfect prompt, I would spend 15 minutes experimenting with a few different parts of Coworker. The goal isn’t to get something huge done right away. It’s to get a feel for what Coworker knows, how it works, and where it can actually help with the work you do. Here are five things I would try. 1. Ask Coworker what it can do for you Start with: “What can you help me do with the Adobe applications and capabilities available to me?” This is an easy way to get oriented without first having to figure out which product, feature, skill, or prompt you are supposed to use. You’ll get a much better sense of the range of things you can ask Coworker to do. 2. Ask about something you work with Next, pick something from your day-to-day work and ask about it. For example: “Find the audiences related to [loyalty program] and summarize how the
Currently, the REST API only facilitates running a batch campaign immediately or once at some time in the future: https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/assets/smart-campaigns/#batch This idea proposes that the schedule request be modified to allow setting of a recurring schedule for the batch campaign, as can currently be done with the GUI as shown in the attached image.

Connect Azure DevOps to Workfront Fusion using a service principalYou can create a connection that uses a service principal (an Application API connection) instead of a personal account. Use this when you want the integration to run as an application or service identity rather than a specific person — for example, to avoid breakage when someone leaves the company or changes credentials. This connection type is available for all Azure DevOps modules.OverviewService principal connections let Fusion authenticate to Azure DevOps as an application identity (an app registration in Microsoft Entra ID) using a client secret. After you register the app and add it as a user in your Azure DevOps organization, create a Service Principal connection in the Azure DevOps module and provide the Tenant ID, Client ID, Client Secret, and organization name.NOTE: Service principal authentication does not support every Azure DevOps feature. A small number of admin-level actions — for example, managing user l

Hi there, I have a Read Audience (RA) journey that needs to run twice over a 4-week period (it must remain on a 4-week schedule), and the business would like to include an additional one-day buffer before the journey ends. Should I configure the journey schedule as follows: Scheduler Type: WeeklyRepeat every: 4Start date: 25/08/2026 (10:00)Repeat until: 23/09/2026 (16:00) Thanks!

Is anyone successfully using a looping video in your interactive webinar lobby in Marketo?
We're setting up our first AI Collaborator POC in Preview Sandbox (a Task/Reviewer agent for AP style + editorial review). Rather than using the native Claude connector directly, we're exploring whether our internal AI governance layer (a proxy that brokers access to approved models, including Claude) could be onboarded as a Custom Agent platform instead.A few questions for anyone who's been through this, or from Adobe engineering:When you submit a Custom Agent platform request, what does Adobe's engineering team actually require on the connecting side — a true MCP-compliant server, a specific API/auth contract, or is there flexibility here? Has anyone successfully connected a custom/internal gateway (rather than a named platform like Claude, Copilot Studio, or Writer) as a Custom Agent? What was the onboarding process and timeline like? Is there any published spec for what a Custom Agent endpoint needs to expose (auth, request/response format, streaming vs. sync) ahead of submitting t

Is there a way to sort records in planning alphabetically? Even if you sort the list in the workspace they live in, when you use it as a connected workspace as field options, they don’t sort that way. They stay sorted in the order in which they were created.
Hi -We are a small marketing department that just recently launched Workfront. I am looking to put a business case to purchase Anthropic Claude to connect with our Workfront. We do not have Fusion so would be looking to eventually have it do some manual tasks for us. Has anyone connected yet? What version of Claude did you purchase? How is it volume using it with Workfront/Costs etc? Can you limit it to just a small group of people?I am really trying to include AI as we begin to scale, and this would be the perfect opportunity. Any information would be appreciated to help me figure out this new frontier. Thanks :)KH
FEATURE : As a light/contributor/standard user (Reviewer and/or Approver), I want to be able to tag in a comment another user who is not in the workflow. This person should then be able to comment the proof but not make any decision Currently, in Adobe Workfront Proofs, users can only tag (@mention) individuals who are already explicitly added to the workflow (as a Reviewer or Approver). If a project team member needs quick input, clarification, or a second opinion from a colleague who is not part of the pre-defined workflow, they cannot bring them into the proof directly via a comment. Instead, the user has to manually reach out via email/chat, export screenshots, or request an administrator to modify the workflow and assign permissions—all of which creates friction, delays feedback loops, and disrupts collaboration. Business Impact & BenefitsAccelerated Review Cycles: Eliminates bottlenecks caused by rigid workflows, allowing ad-hoc subject matter experts to weigh in quickly witho

We are facing an issue with an email created using the AJO Drag-and-Drop Email Designer. Proof Testing: Email is received in Gmail and renders completely without clipping. Published Journey: The same email is received in Gmail with “Message clipped – View entire message.” AJO Content Check shows “No issues detected.” We are using the Drag-and-Drop implementation and do not see an Optimize HTML size option. Could you please help us understand why the email is being clipped only when triggered through the published Journey and how we can prevent Gmail from clipping the message? Please also confirm whether Journey execution/personalization/tracking can increase the final HTML size compared with the Proof Test version. We can provide the Journey, email template, recipient details, and screenshots if required.
Hi Team,We have a AJO journey where we are fetching some data like Text and URL using a API call in a custom action and then using the variable fields like: {{{offerCard.offerCardImage.body}}} and {{{offerCard.offerCardImage.url}}} to populate the details in the HTML email. Its working fine but for the URL part we had to use <a href="{{{offerCard.offerCardImage.url}}}">Click Here</a> due to which AJo is not able to track the URL in reporting as well as its not able to encode the URL with the UTM parameters like it does for the hardcoded URLs.I have tried using <a href="https://{{{offerCard.offerCardImage.url}}}">Click Here</a> but it gives me an error saying: Personalisation not allowed in domain. Also if I do like this: <a href="https://{%= (replace(offerCard.offerCardImage.url, "https://", "")) }">Click Here</a> the double quotes get converted into the code " breaking the HTML while saving.same happens with: <a href='https://{%= (replace(offerCard
