HI all,I recently came across a issue in AJO mail where if I use contextual or personalization attributes in the url link. I was unable to track the click events in cja?.In some way, the ajo is not recognizing that as a link.Is there a way to force say the link to be tracked? or any alternative?Link to track - https://{{variable1}}/ test/{{variable2}}I found this document - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-cloud-kcs/kbarticles/ka-23027Let me know of any leads.I doubt If I use this way https://Test/{{variable1}}/ test/{{variable2}} this will work. Assuming I want to create offer regarding the Credit Card. However based on the user credit scoring details of the offer might differ. Is it possible in the offer to personalize offer copy based on the profile attributes which tell us about credit card interest rate for the specific user?

Hi,I am working on creating a Dynamic Template using Conditional Rules. While adding a condition to my rule, I was able to add 5 values. However seeing below issue: For my use case, when I tried to add 200 values, it showed an error.Did not find any mention of this limitation or guardrail in the documentation.But it will be helpful if some one can help me with the details. I wonder i sombody knows anyting about how the Mirror Page link is build, the structure of the link.I have faced a problem that in some cases I get a Mirror Page URL without the /ee in the final link in an email. And that link does not work. Sometimes I get a Mirror Page with the /ee included in the link, and then it  works. I can manually change the link in my browser (set in the /ee in the right place, and then it works)https://data.nordea-test.cjmadobe.com/ee/v1/ ..................https://data.nordea-test.cjmadobe.com/v1/ ..................So the one million dollar question, what causes the /ee to be created in the final link, and what make this to be left out when rendering the link. Since it is the same mistake every time withe the same letters, this to letters must have some connection to something in the solution - putting them into the final URL.

Hello, I have a recurring journey that uses batch audience. I have also enabled the option of triggering the journey after batch evaluation. 1) If batch evaluation starts at 2PM PST, how long does the job takes to refresh the audience ?2) If I start my journey at 6PM PST, and specify wait time of 1 hour in "Trigger after batch audience evaluation". Will my journey start by 7 PM PST ?  ThanksAB

1. I create read audience journey - merge policy for profile attributes in personalization syntax would be taken from merge policy from that segment2. Event journey - default merge policy - email default set up in AJO?

As an email developer, I’ve created a two-column responsive email using AJO’s Content Editor. The email renders well across most email clients; however, Outlook 2016 and 2019 (120 DPI) appear to be pushing out the email margins. See the screenshot below. How can I resolve the margin issue in the mentioned clients?

Hi,I am using AJO and have a number of journeys scheduled daily at 8:00 AM. The scheduler is configured to refresh all audiences at 7:30 AM. If I check an audience individually, I see it was refreshed at 7:47 AM (Audience Properties /Last updated). However, when the journeys ran at 8:00 AM they took the previous day's audience members, and not the ones that show after the refresh.How much time should be left between the audience refresh scheduled time and the journey's start, to be sure that all audiences are refreshed and ready to use? I understand that it depends on the data and how many audiences are defined, but I would like to get some guidance on how to best estimates the timing in such a way we don't run journeys on outdated data.

Hi everyone,   In the new Adobe Campaign Orchestrations release, we now have the capability to define relational schemas. While going through the documentation, I noticed mentions of a “recipient” schema, and I have some questions regarding how it works:   As I understand it, there is no out-of-the-box recipient relational schema in AJO (unlike Adobe Campaign Classic), so any recipient schema needs to be built manually. Is that correct? If we build a recipient schema and additional relational schemas (e.g., loyalty transactions, loyalty membership) and link them to the Profile schema, do we also need to manually populate the data in these schemas for them to work with targeting and identity relationships? Or is there some automatic mechanism (like a view over Profile) that populates these schemas? I belive need to fill maully, no view.     My concern is this: if data is already coming into the Profile Service, and then we also need to load the same data again

Hi, We are creating an email templates using building blocks options and whilst drag and drop of structures, we couldn't add 1:1 and n:n columns in same container. Is there a limitation we need to know? Thanks, Kind regards,Kiran Buthpur

As of now, we can see the custom alerts possible through admin console. However, we dont see any option to create a custom alert using any one bounce. We need the column details like who is bounced back, reason for bounce, journey name, timestamp. Can we able to use custom alert option for the above requirement. if so, please share the step by step Navigate to the developer console.Add events to your project.When adding events, specify the type of events you're interested in. If you want notifications for events in AEP, choose platform notifications.Further, select the specific event types, such as failure or success.When we follow the above steps, i can see standard alert only. how do we create custom alert for a dataset which we created ourself. 

Hi,I am working on to create content fragments with editable fields in our emails and observed that when we use any image url and url field in a fragment, AJO add an extra space character before and after the provided value.This extra space breaks the images and links in some of the email clients.Does someone know any workaround this issue?
