I had a request come in to change the task ordering in the Calendar Report. Overall, in the calendar it sorts by start date to show the waterfall workflow. We are very agile, so we were looking to see it in the order that is in the project, not the dates. Any way this possible? Thanks in advance for...

Hi, This seemed to be straight forward but ended up not being so. I built a custom column and the formula to get the results works fine. When I try and build in some formatting nothing seems to work. I am calling on real fields from the system and not relying on anything created so the formatting lo...

The REPLACE() function seems to behave normally. Until you try to replace a " "(space) with a ""(no space). It doesn't like the no space thing. How do I remove all the spaces from a string? I can put in about any other character but not "no space". Byron Nash INSP, LLC.

Hi WF Community, I know you can't import (update) data to existing records in WF using Kickstarts; however, is it possible to import data to a custom form (field) that doesn't currently exist on an existing record in WF? For example: I want to import a bunch of ID's to a new custom field on a projec...

Hello ~ The site returns information about "Workfront Product Roadmap" when I search this site for information on 'roadmaps.' Can someone direct me to Workfront resources that help a new user understand how a roadmap is created within Workfront? Could it be that I am using the wrong search parameter...

Hello, We implemented SSO with auto-provisioning for our team, and found a slight problem. As we pull names from the active directory any time someone changes their name in their profile, it will revert upon the next login. Example: Su becomes Susan every time she logs in. This iss causing slight co...

Hi all! This is a long shot but I'm wondering if anyone out there in the Workfront Community has setup their Workfront instance for IT successfully, and if anyone would be willing to share some of their processes with me? I work on the Marketing Services team and my team and our internal clients hav...

Hello Everyone, First time caller here. I'm reaching out to see if it is possible to change the name on a default tab. Specifically the 'Issue' tab. I'd like to change it to RAID which better aligns with our organization. Any help would be great. Thanks Daryl Marsh

I would like to pull data into one column based on what is chosen in the previous column. Column "A" contains a list. Each item in that list represents another list. I'd like the field for the child list to be displayed in column "B". I'm trying IF statements but the text editor is getting really sl...
