Hi there, Just wonder if anyone else got the same issue. It keeps occurring that tasks disappears from users Timesheets. Tasks are still in progress, not completed, not passed Due Date, haven't been marked as 'Done', user still assigned to it, etc. For some reason all of the sudden they disappear ...

I've tried to find via Workfront a good explanation of how this works and examples of reporting. Any PM's out there able to provide greater insight? Examples? Thank you!

I'm wondering if there are any best practices for projects that have closed. Is there a suggested archiving system or do portfolios/programs continue to house ALL projects both active and completed. Our portfolios are created based by business area.

Hello, Does anyone know if there's a way to build a report/column that shows how many days beyond the planned completion date a project is? So for example, if a project was due on March 6 and it is now March 8 is it possible to have a column that shows that the project is 2 days late?

Hello ~ I have a report that shows Users and licenses allocated (Plan/Work). However, not all the licenses are being used. For instance, I have 47 work licenses but only 36 are currently allocated. Is there a text or code to show the remaining 'open' licenses? Thank you
