Yes! Proof statuses and proof deadlines in general need to be a more seamless experience in Workfront. If they are initiated through Workfront, you should be able to accurately track them through Workfront. The whole proofing experience still seems very separate.

I agree with Eric. We have several tasks in our templates with .25 as the time estimate-most of these have been created to signify some sort of hand off or because there is a significant task dependency that happens at this point.

We use Eloqua. We did have to get the Proof HQ IP address whitelisted for it to work.
Prior to getting the IP address whitelisted, we sent PDFs with the view online link as a comment within the proof so the client could see both.
