A user was assigned to a project before a role was assigned to the user (they are moonlighting in a role for a bit). Is there some way in the project to bulk reassign/edit the role for that user or do we need to go into each task and reassign manually?

Hello friends!  I have a project report with columns for planned hours and actual hours.  I want the report to only show hours for assignments that are assigned to specific roles.  Any ideas how to add this filter only to those 2 columns?

Rather than adding individual approvers, is there a more efficient way to auto-add everyone? Sometimes we're routing a dozen proofs, each to the same group. It's very time consuming to manually add each individual approver to every asset.
