Hi, Does anyone know if there is a way to permanently collapse completed parent tasks in a task list? We have several email projects that have hundreds of tasks and have to continually scroll through them to work on new or open tasks. Is there a way these will remain collapsed after you exit the pro...

I have a Proof Owner who has her email notifications in the Proof "disabled." Yet, today, she got notifications to replies to her comments on the proof. This was a surp...

We have users who are used to quickly switching between tabs (Tasks/Updates/Documents/Expenses), and now that those are hidden when you scroll down in the task list, they can't do it. Does anyone know of any keyboard commands that would allow them to do this? TIA Alana Coble WebMD

I honestly didn't even know that existed until about 5 minutes ago. ‚òª Apparently in Word (and I am assuming some other Microsoft tools), there is a Readability option that will an...

We are in the process of auditing our Plan and Work licenses to see if we should downgrade any of our users to a more basic Request/Review license. I'm already looking at criteria such as # of logins, last login date, as columns in a User Report. Does anyone know how to add a column that summarizes ...

Can anyone help define some terms for me or point me in the right direction for where I can find the information myself? The API Explorer is great for showing me what's available, but doesn't really define anything or show me the appropriate use for the terms. Also, any information on testing and tr...

We are trying to configure WF with Agile teams to use for our IT community. We have about 130 current applications and have set up a request queue for bug fixes and enhancement requests to these apps. The issues route to "Landing projects" for each app (one project per app) and we will be building i...

I see the new doc details section in the proofing viewer that came with release 19.1, however, I am not seeing the new doc details option in the email notification that was advertised. Can anyone confirm that this option now exists? Is it a permissions issue in the proof workflow I am missing? Is it...
